5 Explanations: *Minimum mailing quantity: The minimum volume must be met by each mailing customer. **PrintPost Sample: PrintPost Sample codes apply if a sample is included with a publication and this takes the combined thickness into the 20mm 40mm range. Lodgement time Daytime: Applies to mail lodged after 8am and before 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Evening: Applies to PrintPost and Print PreSort mail lodged after 5pm, on weekends, or public holidays by prior arrangement with your local Mail Service Centre Manager. SOA Non-Conformance codes and To get the lowest rate on the total lodgement, your Statement of Accuracy should be at least 85%. If your declared SOA is at least 70%, we will add a Statement of Accuracy prefix to your original Product Code and you will be charged the rate shown in the column titled SOA prices and reference points on the portion between 85% and what you have declared on the Statement of Posting form. The remainder will be charged at the applicable Bulk Mail rate. If your SOA is less than 70%, the total lodgement is not eligible for that rate, and will be up-rated to the next applicable rate. The column titled Product contains the product codes that relate to the prices shown. These product codes are for reference only. The SOA Non Conformance Code is the code that will appear on your invoice. New Zealand Post reserves the right to correct incorrect Statement of Posting forms. If the lodgement documentation does not reflect the characteristics of the actual mailing it will be changed and we will notify you of the change. Changes could result in your lodgement being charged at a different rate.
