19 Vistra Luxembourg: How we work Management gives a prima facie analysis at the structure (along with a tax specialist) and allocates the structure to a regional team. Regional team leader is responsible for the structure. Daily tasks are handled by the relationship manager who will be in charge of the file according to the: (i) specialization (ii) seniority (iii) language skills The relationship manager will be working closely with an accountant and a paralegal (back-up system is in place). Your main contact will be the relationship manager (ReMa). 19
