2 THE VISION Another Level Church International also known as Another Level Ministries is a Christ-centered non-denominational church that sets out to embrace all humanity. Our holistic approach is Spiritual Empowerment and Personal Development. We provide Holy Spirit empowered teaching that meet the total need of the believer who has the desire to serve the world with excellence in the name of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

3 THE VISION CONT. PROVERBS 4:25 says, looking forward with your gaze fixed on your purpose. Another Level Church (ALC) is undergirded by 5 principles, which drive our ministry purpose and vision. We call them our F.O.C.U.S.

5 FELLOWSHIP

6 (F)ELLOWSHIP Another Level Church will fellowship with other believers to build kingdom connections to further the expansion of the Kingdom of God. We will always strive to promote family and the power of connection amongst our congregation and the Body of Christ. We will teach and promote fellowship among each partner/member. We will continue to provide different ways of fellowship (ie, Sunday School, Sunday Morning Worship, Tuesday Night Bible Study, Thirsty Thursday (Mid-week prayer and prophetic impartation), Saturday Morning Corporate Prayer, Saturday Morning Evangelism, and other events/conferences/revivals. Hebrews 10:25

7 OUTREACH

8 (O)UTREACH Another Level Church will focus on meeting the needs of the people in our community through our Empowerment Center. We will feed our community and meet their personal needs. We will provide free classes/training on Finances, Job Skill Enhancement and other Social/Economic Empowerment Sessions. We will be active in the public schools districts where Another Level Church is located as a resource to parents and children in need. We will provide monthly opportunities for our partners/members to connect with the community through various outreach events or one-on-one interactions. We will operate in marketplace ministry (ie, Dry Cleaners, etc.) and use those vehicles to promote Christ and grow our local church. Matthew 25:40

10 (C)ARE Another Level Church will focus on caring for the entire congregation and community. We will be there to assist with loving, lifting and liberating every partner/member that is connected to our local church. We will continue to provide a holistic approach to Christianity. We will always promote Gods desire to want every believer to be developed spiritually and personally. We will strive to promote and uplift our youth and young adults. We will help them pursue higher education (ie, university/college, specialized training and seminary/bible college). We will develop a Big Brother/Big Sister approach to keep our youth connected to our ministry and accountable to their relationship with God. We will provide services for our seniors. We will care for and minister to them. We will assist with ensuring their daily needs are met. We will continue to train our leaders to operate in ministry in a 5 Star manner. We will continue to support and promote what God has called them to do to advance the Kingdom of God. 1 Peter 4:8-10; Hebrews 10:24; Galatians 5:13

11 UNITY

12 (U)NITY Another Level Church will focus on being unified amongst our church and in our community. We will partner with other churches, public schools, community leaders, businesses and local officials in the community to promote unity in targeted neighborhoods. We believe that by doing so we will be able to help reduce gang violence, neighborhood rivalries and overall crime in our local church area. Psalms 133

14 (S)OULS Another Level Church will focus on our number one goal and that is to bring salvation to the lost. While we specialize in attracting men and women, the unsaved, the unchurched, and people who want a fresh start from the mistakes they have made in their past. We want to expand to reach people from other races, cultures and socioeconomic classes. We will on a weekly basis, individually invite someone to our church so they can experience Jesus Christ and His love for all people. We will become disciples and teach others how to become disciples according to Matthew 28: Evangelism is our supreme task and Another Level Church will equip people to be modern day disciples for Jesus Christ.
