Dr Smash can also contact the client for you if you have our SMS additional module. Trouble tracking your courteously cars? Your pre-booked in cars? Well, Dr Smash does all of that for you as well. In short Dr Smash does everything you could possibly need it to run a panel shop, and if it doesn t, tell us and we will look at implementing it into our system in the near future. 2 Additional Modules Payroll: Currently retails for R1800 All of your payroll needs are covered here. Medical Aid Rebates, MIBCO industrial Council reports, IRP5 s, year to date reports and you tax tables are updated annually. Financials: Currently retails for R2500 This module allows you to compile your entire General Ledger and will convert it into an Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash Flow statement etc. Gives you access to Cash Books, Petty Cash, and even has procedures in place to import into Pastel if required. Customer Care SMS/ Facility: Currently retails for R2800 Auto generates SMS s/ s to keep clients up to date on their vehicles. Informs you when your clients were last contacted how they want to be contacted and keeps a history of all correspondence with clients. Sales Monitor: Currently retails for R2200 This module handles your booking in of vehicles. From this it works out your workshop and department workload. This allows you to space out your booking in for optimal efficiency. This also looks after all potential work that could be available. Time & Attendance: Currently retails for R3000 Electronic clocking in system, linked to payroll Module for accurate wages. Reports include - Total hours per employee, Clock cards, absenteeism and early/late reports. Has Daily Shifts, weekly rosters, overtime authorisation, time editing and much, much more. This price excludes the hardware required. Productivity: Currently retails for R6000 Clocks time spent on Jobs and from that works out the productivity of your employees, that specific Job and of course your company in general. 3 Additional Seats Dr Smash works off a Seat system. This means Dr Smash allows you to have our software installed on as many computers as you want, with as many users as you want, with each user having their own permissions as to where they can and can t go within the program. The number of seats you have limits the number of people who can be logged onto the system simultaneously. Additional seats can be purchased at any time and is a once off payment. Please sees pricing on page 6 Hardware Available T&A and Productivity Readers: Currently retails for R6500 each F9 biometric readers and power supply. Once installation is complete the undersigned company is liable to pay the full agreed and final costs as per the payment terms below. Hardware: Dr Smash cc does recommend a stand-a-lone server. If you have decided to use your own computer as a server, please can you confirm that your network meets our specifications? All operating system must be minimum of Windows 7 Professional and NOT Home Basic. The Servers hard drive must have minimum of 2 gig of free space, and minimum of 4 gigs of ram. Your network must be set up with FIXED IP Addresses and be able to see each other. All computers must have an Anti-virus program running. All computers must have Team Viewer 9 installed. This can be downloaded from our webpage ; Training Dr Smash offers 3 x 3 hour training sessions. Before installation these training sessions will be set up. Dr Smash will require a Quiet room/office where training can be done, with No Interruptions. This office/room can be on or off site or even at our offices. If this office/room cannot be provided then Dr Smash cannot be held responsible for the integrity and quality of training due to possible interruptions. 5 Sales Terms & Conditions Continued Additional Cost Customised letterheads required for any customer issued report have an initial charge of R500, with future changes, charged out at the going rate. Additional modules and seats can be purchased at any time.. Cancellation Dr Smash cc will accept your cancellation if we are informed of it in writing within 24 days after installation. As stated above your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Any cancellation made after the 24 days has lapsed, will not be refunded. General It will take approximately five working days from order for the software to be installed. Dr Smash cc will issue its software to the company and not the individual signing the sales agreement. Therefore PLEASE NOTE these sales terms and conditions are binding on the Company, irrelevant of the signee no longer being affiliated with the company. All hardware will remain the property of Dr Smash cc until full and final payment has been received. By signing this contract, I the undersigned undertake to pay all attorney and client costs, tracing agent s fees, collection commissions, if the account is handed over to lawyers for collection. Dr Smash Indemnifies itself against any claim whatsoever that may arise from any services provided. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, revenue loss due to down time, corruption of data or program files Dr Smash Software is owned by Dr Smash cc and is protected by the copyright act of 1996 (as Amended) I, the undersigned, have full permission from all concerned to sign these sales terms, am signing on behalf of the above mentioned company.
