He has arthritis and finds it difficult to walk long distances. His daughter, Jenny, lives far away and visits Bob occasionally. Bob has just finished watching the news on TV 3 Hi Hello! 4 Do you like my Granddad! drawing? A message is displayed on the television: Hi Bob. Jenny is calling. Accept call? Very good Bob presses a button on the remote control and a video image of Jenny and his granddaughter, Molly, appears on the television. Bob and Jenny talk about Bob s hospital appointment next week. Molly shows Bob a picture she painted at school that day. Bob is delighted to be able to see his daughter and granddaughter and feels reassured by the contact. 6
