He holds: FASHRM; Ph.D (Bus. Amin. HRM) (AeU, M sia); M.Sc. (Virginia Poly. Inst.& St. Univ., USA); B.Sc.(Hons.)(Idaho St. Univ., USA); Dip. Sc. & Ed. (UPM, M sia); PG. Dip.
