3 1. Introduction When a gas supplier has signed a framework agreement, Energinet.dk will register the gas supplier in the Online Register of Players. The actual commercial terms are set according to the framework agreement concluded with Energinet.dk based on Rules for Gas Transport. It should be noted that the contents of Energinet.dk s guide to the Register of Players are directory and as such not legally binding. On registration of the gas supplier, the online Register of Players will generate a full set of consumer portfolios for the gas supplier, ie one DMS and one ddms portfolio for each distribution area in Denmark. The consumer portfolios are unique identification numbers (GSRN) for each individual consumer portfolio. The status of these portfolios is ALLOCATED. After allocation has taken place, the status of the consumer portfolios will comply with the terms laid down in the version of Rules for Gas Distribution applicable at any time. To have access to the Register of Players, the gas supplier has signed an Online Access Agreement (OAA) and indicated in it the users who are to have access to the register and the type of access each user is to be allowed. The distribution companies and the gas supplier will receive an or SMS notification of the registration of the gas supplier and the assignment of the consumer portfolios. 2. Access The Energinet.dk online Register of Players gives gas suppliers access to the following: a) Create player relationships for the gas supplier s consumer portfolios with one or more shippers b) View the gas supplier s own consumer portfolios and player relationships c) Access and update various information regarding the gas supplier s own master data. Please note that the creation and updating of the above-mentioned data can only be made at Energinet.dk Online, and the gas supplier can only view these data by using Energinet.dk Online. The gas supplier must specify the users who are to be authorised to create and/or update and/or view data. Dok /12, Sag 12/931 1/11

5 3. Master data The Register of Players is part of Energinet.dk Online. The Register of Players can be found under the main menu button 'Master Data': Master Data Master data are divided into: Personal data of the person who has logged on to the Register of Players Company data of the relevant gas supplier Relations Gas supplier: Shows a list of the player relationships with shippers and the status of the gas suppliers' consumer portfolios. Gas suppliers who are not operating in the Danish exit zone will find no player relationships under this menu point. Dok /12, Sag 12/931 4/11

6 3.1 Personal data The first menu point contains personal data of the user who has logged on to the system. All personal data can be changed via 'Edit' All users can choose or disable SMS notification. Each indvidual user can also view his own role in the system as well as the notifications that he is authorised to receive by and SMS: Most notifications are obligatory, but some may be omitted. 7 3.2 Company data Company data may be corrected via 'Edit', and the screen shows the users that are connected to the company. A user who is connected to more than one company can view the master data of each company by choosing the company in question in the drop-down menu. Only users with rights as 'Master data adm' can correct company data. At the bottom of the screeen under the master data of the company, all registered contact persons of the company are listed along with the roles of each of the users who have access to Energinet.dk Online Register of Players. Only users with rights as 'Master data adm' can correct the contact information under 'Player data contacts'. The roles of the persons 'Player data persons' indicating each user's type of access to the system are listed in the enclosure to the Online Access Agreement and can only be changed by contacting Energinet.dk. 8 3.3 Relations Gas supplier All the gas supplier's consumer portfolios are listed here. All columns of the list can be sorted and exported to Excel og PDF. Status e3xplanation in the list of relationships: ALLOCATED The gas supplier has been created and consumer portfolios have been allocated. Shipper approval missing The gas supplier awaits the shipper's acceptance that a player relationship has been established. EDI approval missing A gas supply agreement has been signed in the distribution area, but the gas supplier awaits EDI approval. APPROVED All three criteria have been met for the gas supplier's portfolio to become active in the area. The three criteria: 1. Gas supplier agreement with a distribution company 2. Player relationship with one or more shippers 3. it system approved for EDI communication. ACTIVE The consumer portfolio is active, and the supply of gas has commenced. The Register of Players is notified by the distribution company in the relevant supply area of the supplier's change to a new portfolio. Inactive Old consumer portfolio that is no longer active, but remains in the register for up to 15 months. Additional information about each consumer portfolio can be displayed. 9 The additional information about each gas supplier will appear at the bottom of the screen after pressing: Gas supplier agreement When a gas supplier and a distribution company has concluded a gas supplier agreement, it is recorded in the Register of Players by the distribution company. 10 3.3.1 Player relationship with shippers The registration of the player relationship applying to each individual portfolio is one of three criteria that must be met in order for a portfolio to be active. The gas supplier must request the shipper's acceptance of the player relationship, and the shipper must give his acceptance. The status can be seen under the relevant gas supplier and shipper. The gas supplier requests a player relationship from the selected shipper by indicating the shipper's shipper-id in the Register of Players. The shipper's id consists of the capital letters DS followed by 6 numbers: Example of shipper-id: DS Start date: The date on which gas supply is expected to commence. Dok /12, Sag 12/931 9/11

11 The selected shipper will receive an or SMS notification of the gas supplier's request for a player relationship. The shipper must accept the player relationship via Energinet.dk's online Register of Players. The relevant gas supplier, shipper and distribution companies will be notified when the relationship has been accepted and recorded in the Register of Players. EDI communication Energinet.dk will enter the date of EDI system approval when the gas supplier's EDI system, has been approved after testing at The distribution companies and the gas supplier will be notified when the date of EDI approval has been entered. Start/final supply - Status ACTIVE Supplier's change to a new consumer portfolio Status The distribution companies change status in the Register of Players to ACTIVE by entering the start date of the gas supply. Emptying of a consumer portfolio Back to status APPROVED When a consumer portfolio is emptied and no longer holds any customers, the distribution company enters an end date in the Register of Players, and the portfolio changes status to APPROVED.
