2 ACCESSIBLE MEETING POLICY The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Board of Directors/Parking Authority Commission meeting will be held in Room 400, at l Dr. Carlton B. Amending Transportation Code Division II, Sections II 02, 1103 and 1116 to add definitions to Section 11 02; modify the application requirements for single operator part-time taxi medallions; delete the requirement that the driver fund contribution and medallion transfer fees be waived or decreased in the event of revocation or foreclosure upon a medallion within ten years of the last transfer; and modify and clarify procedures governing retransfer, distribution of retransfer proceeds, and continued operation of a medallion upon the death of the medallion holder, revocation of the medallion, or foreclosure upon the medallion.
