Reminder, we are a producer-only market, so all produce must be grown by vendor, and all other products, food or otherwise, must be produced by vendor. 4 Stall Assignment Vendor status (Check one) Returning New When do you plan on selling at the market? (Please check all that apply) Saturdays Sundays Tuesdays Thursdays Stall Preference Each vendor may request up to two stalls, based on availability and at the discretion of Fondy Food Center staff. If renting two stalls, they must be side-by-side. Vendor stalls numbers requested (Check one) One Stall Two Stalls Stalls will be assigned based off of history and seniority with the FFM. Check here if you want to discuss your stall placement for 2016 Yes, I want to discuss If unchecked, we will assume returning vendors are satisfied with stall assignments from last year. While we aim for consistency, many factors might require a temporary or seasonal move to another location. Stall assignments are not guaranteed from year to year or from one day of the week to another day of the week. Vendors will be informed of final stall assignments in the mail. Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday Stall Policy Vendors may be limited to one stall at the Sunday-Thursday market. If space allows, vendors renting two stalls on Saturdays will have priority over those renting one stall in securing a second stall at the Sunday-Thursday market. FFC staff will make an effort to assign the same stall each day of the week, but this is not guaranteed. Vendors are required to communicate Saturday market absences at least 3 days in advance to the Director of Farmers Markets. Vendors will get notice of their approved dates and absences with their acceptance into the market. 6 Payment Schedule Once accepted into the market: $100 deposit due to secure stall space. Returning vendors deposit due date is mid-april. New vendors deposit due date is within 14 days of acceptance into market. First half of remaining balance due June 18 th (Opening Day) Second half of remaining balance due August 20 th Checks or money order accepted. No cash payments. Payments accepted at market or office.
