What is Business Bridgepaths? Business Bridgepaths is a exceptional and highly effective program enabling the most advanced financial advisors to take their business to the next level. In it, you get a step-by-step methodology for: 1) visioning where you want to go; 2) assessing your current condition; and 3) bridging the gap between the two. It is designed specifically for financial advisors, and in particular for advisors who are already successful, forwardthinking and want to get even better. How will Bridgepaths benefit the Advisor? Envision Your Ideal Business Imagine its three years into the future and you have created your ideal business. Where are you? What are you doing? Who are your clients? How do you spend your time? Who are you working with? What are you accomplishing? Imagine your best clients raving about you and your company. What are they saying? 2. Articulate the Specifics of Your Ideal Business STEP 3: FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THERE Now that you ve defined where you are today and where you want to go, its time to determine what you need to do or change in order to bridge the gap. 4 Marketing / Communications Strategic Alliances Personal Development In this step, you decide where you want to focus your time. You identify the high level strategies that will help you achieve your goals. For example, you may need to change or fine-tune the services you offer or the way you service your clients? Perhaps change your client mix or develop a referral strategy. You may want to focus on your marketing or develop strategic alliances, perhaps look at shifting c-level work to other people on your team. STEP 4: DEVELOP YOUR PLAN In this step you work directly with your Bridgepath Business Mentor(s) to develop your specific Business Plan, which outlines not only your high level goals and strategies, but also the specific process, tasks, timeline and measures associated with each goal. STEP 5: IMPLEMENT THE PLAN You will continue working one-on-one with your Bridgepaths Mentor(s) throughout the implementation of your plan. Your mentors will be there with you every step of the way, both holding you accountable and helping you continue to learn and grow. Program Logistics Participation in the complete Business Bridgepaths program requires a one year commitment: Steps 1, 2 and 3 are typically completed in a two-day workshop. In months 2 and 3, you ll work with your Bridgepaths mentor(s) to develop your plan specifics. (Step 4) Months 4-12 are for implementation and involve regular mentoring and coaching sessions. (Step 5) The cost of the full Business Bridgepaths program is $15,000 over 12 months. About People & Chaya Company 4

5 Alternative Entry Point: Two-Day Visioning and Assessment Workshop You can opt to do a Group Two-Day Assessment & Visioning Workshop and then decide if you want to continue on with the complete Business Bridgepaths program. The two-day workshop is intended for 4-12 people. The total cost for the group is $10,000.
