4 The Prasonisi Project Key Features Prasonisi is a peninsula located in the south western part of the island of Rhodes, with a small island connected to it via a strip of sand on its far end. It currently has a number of buildings of various uses within its boundaries, but substantial part of the property is vacant. Prasonisi s overall area extends to more than 800,000,000 sq.ft, and it engulfs a variety of terrain types, from sandy beaches to natural bays and harbors to an exclusive island accessible through a strip of golden sand to hills overlooking the Aegean sea with unobstructed view to a valley with ample vacant land to develop 4
