9 Process Rider user makes a missed call to Driver user before boarding two wheeler for a ride Driver App picks and identifies call and pairs with Rider user device GPS tracks and calculates ride fare Rider user can dismount at any point Minimum distance fare Disconnection of device pairing marks end of journey Automated Payment done by Rider user to Thumb-a- Ride through e-wallet debit, IMPS or CNP (OTP-2FA) transaction Thumb-a-Ride pays Driver user

10 Billing and payment Rider user is billed the distance travelled at device depairing time Rider user has option to signup for e-wallet or choose to pay by card using CNP payment method Driver user accepts payment mode before offering ride for Rider user In case of e-wallet, Rider user e-wallet gets debited when he alights and de-pairs De-pairing pop-up alerts Driver user whenever Rider user s device is de-paired indicating end of journey Same alert is given to diver user when Rider user e- Wallet run out of funds
