7 Starcom - Commission payment How Our Commissions Work We value our partnership, and feel that good business is as much about reliability as it is about building a positive, rewarding relationship, and how we handle commissions is a part of it. Consolidated, Commission Payment Services Commissions are paid to retail travel agencies for consumed bookings in most retail rate categories, including Rack, Corporate, Brand experience packages, Best Available, Weekend, AAA, and Retired Persons. Commissions are paid on room rates, included package components where specified and exclude taxes and service charges. Commissions are not paid on net rates, which generally include Groups, Government, and Travel Industry Rates. What is StarCom?
