Institution wide initiative Provide the various constituents of the Colleges with integrated information tools and processes that support a broad set of mission critical operations Key strategic areas to be addressed: Admissions Recruiting and Enrollment Registrar Registration, Student Records, Degree Audit, Student Advising, Faculty Management Business Office Financial Operations HR Human Resources Management Integration with existing core operations / systems (i.e. Advancement (Raiser s Edge), Financial Aid (PowerFaids), Library (Voyager), Academic Program (BlackBoard) Enterprise Information Systems Program 6

The line thickness is determined by the number of flows, in either direction, between the two FAs. An FA with many connections is a node. Buildings & Grounds Food Services (Scandling) Summer Programs Transportation DOIT: Support Services DOIT: Academic & E-Learning DOT: Enterprise AV Media Library The line color is determined by the main node from which the data flow either originates or terminates (e.g. all data flow lines connected to Registrars are blue). Grey lines are one-to-one connections between non-node FA. The FAs are colored by their major functional grouping (e.g. all student services are blue).
