We are please to provide details of our 3rd Generation DMC device, with a number of completely unique options that have been specifically developed for today s market. Model DMC4 Standard Message On Hold player DMC utilises our well proven MP3 engine and High Quality Amplifier to provide the ideal solution for Message On Hold applications. It is specifically designed to provide extreme operational reliability over a typical product life of years. DMC will continuously play one or more MP3 Message files that are loaded onto a standard SD Flash Card, from the moment power is connected. A 2GB Flash Card is provided which will allow for 1 or more Messages up to 2000 minutes of message duration. A professionally recorded Royalty Free Generic Message is pre-loaded on the supplied SD Card, which is suitable for use by all customers as a temporary or permanent Message. This 4 Minute Generic Message uses both Male and Female voice professionals, that provide a number of generalised Messages to callers on Hold. A professionally recorded CUSTOM Message can be created by any one of the large number of Message On Hold production companies that use our DMC and ed direct to you or your customer for transfer to the supplied SD Flash card. ACCESSORIES Line Isolation Unit A High Quality and Ultra Reliable Line Isolation Unit with a 3.5mm Audio input is available for use with DMC. LIU1 has an RJ (6 pin) plug, with a removeable 605M for use with MOST Telephone Systems. LIU3 has a 3.5mm Audio Plug for connection to the Telephone System. LIU4 has an RCA Plug for connection to the Telephone System. LIU5 has an RJ45 Plug specifically wired for Alcatel Telephone Systems. 3 ALTERNATIVE MODELS Model DMC5 Message On Hold with Encryption DMC5 incorporates all of the new features of our DMC4 device and in addition provides our popular message Encryption facility. It is inexpensive, quick and easy to use. Our Encryption prevents unauthorised copying and use of message productions. The supplied Encryption program will Encrypt a typical MP3 file in less than 15 seconds. Our DMC5 device will only play Encrypted MP3 files and these files, if copied cannot be used in any device other than a Natcomm Encryption play device. DMC5 is also designed to work with our Message Update program. This program simplifies the process of transferring Message update files from your PC to the Flash Card and is ideal for those customers that are not PC experts. Our program will: 1) Identify the PC drive letter of the built in or external card programmer 2) Delete the old message on the Flash card 3) Automatically transfer the new message to the Flash card These steps are performed automatically, by simply double clicking the attachment in the . It also encrypts the file at the same time it saves it to the card. Model DMC6 Time Programmable Message On Hold DMC6 incorporates all of the new features of our DMC4 device and in addition provides an Intelligent Real Time Clock accessory, which will automatically play specified Messages at different times of the day, days of the week, or for special periods such as Christmas Holidays. DMC6 can also be set to stop play at the expiration of a rental contract, ready to start play again after a contract has been renewed. Timetable instructions for DMC6 are quickly and easily set up using our supplied Dealer Control program. DMC6 can also incorporate our Encryption facility at No Extra Charge. Model DMS Message On Hold with After Hours Announcement Our unique DMS Digital Message Centre has been designed to provide your customers with a combined After Hours Announcement and Message On Hold solution. DMS Provides message on hold (as with DMC 4) during office hours. DMS answers all after hours calls and plays a high quality message of any duration to callers. 4 Door Stations for any PABX PABX Door Phone Intercom Solutions Line Trunk Connection Our DS1, DS2, DS3 and DS6 Model DOOR STATION controllers are designed to connect to an unused analogue Trunk Input of any PABX system. They can also be fitted to a trunk with a PSTN line connection. In this application the DS door station controller connects to a telephone line immediately ahead of the PABX telephone system. The last line is normally selected. MODEL DS1 Trunk Connection No Lock Control You can then connect ONE or TWO of our range of surface mount or flush mount DOOR PHONES direct to the DOOR STATION controller. The door phones can be up to 300 metres from the door station controller. When the call button of a door phone is activated, the controller will ring the attached telephone line. Upon answer communication is loud and clear, just like a phone call and there are NO call charges, unless the call is routed to an external number. Model DS2 incorporates an internal relay which can be used to open or release a door or gate lock. Lock release time is fully programmable. Models DS3 and DS6 provide two internal relays which can be used to open locks in two separate areas. The second relay in both these models can alternatively be used to SWITCH ON a light, a video camera/recorder or any other electrical device as soon as the call button is pressed on the door phone and then SWITCH THEM OFF after the call is complete. Model DS6 when connected to a trunk with a PSTN connection, can also dial out to an external number when the site is unattended. 5 PABX Door Phone Intercom Solutions Analogue Extension Connection Our DS4, DS5 and DS6 Model DOOR STATION controllers are designed to connect to an analogue extension of a PABX system, which can be programmed to Hot Dial. You can then connect ONE or TWO of our range of surface mount or flush mount DOOR PHONES direct to the controller. The door phones can be up to 300 metres from the door station controller. When the call button of a door phone is activated, our DS4, DS5 or DS6 controller will generate an off hook condition to the extension, which will then Hot Dial the door phone call as programmed. MODEL DS4 PABX Extension Connection No Lock Control Upon answer, communication is loud and clear, just like a phone call and there are NO call charges, unless the call is routed to an external number. The door station controller will then terminate the call as soon as the called party hangs up. If the PABX cannot be programmed to Hot Dial, then you should use our Model DS6 which can dial a pre-programmed internal or external number when triggered by the door phone. 8 Automatic Announcement Device PABX Call Attendant / Call Processor / Call Announcer Our AAD Automatic Announcement Devices are designed to answer incoming telephone calls and play a High Quality Message Announcement to callers. 9 AAD2 is extremely powerful and offers the following operational modes : Mode 1 Play Message and then Hang Up Mode 2 Play Message and then Ring the attached Telephone Mode 3 Play Message, Hook Flash and then Hang Up Mode 4 Play Message, Hook Flash, Dial a preset number and Hang Up. 10 Telephone Call Recording CRU3 is designed to allow ANY user of a Digital or Analogue Telephone Handset to Record their Telephone Calls, at a fraction of the cost of many other solutions. CRU3 connects to the Curly Cord of any handset, where 4 wire analogue audio is available. This means that it can also be used with conventional PSTN handsets. CRU3 uses sophisticated circuitry, matched with a supplied CRS3 PC program to provide exceptional recording quality and flexibility. CRU3 is the ideal Personal Recording Solution for those applications where only certain staff need to record calls and where only some calls need to be recorded. This is often ideal for sales staff, management and administration staff. This means that individual CRU3 s need only be used by those staff that require telephone call recording, saving $1000 s for a typical business. Additional units can then be added to a business as required, in as little as 15 minutes each. Call Recordings are started and stopped by pressing the Record and Stop icons on the CRS3 Recording Software, which is always running as a minimized application. Recordings are saved as MP3 files, which reduces memory usage and facilitiates easy replay, storage and transfer. WAV files can alternatively be selected. Recording files can be automatically saved on the local PC hard drive or on any network drive. All files are time and date stamped and can be automatically or manually named. CRU3 also has the ability to inject Recording Tones into the recorded call. An optional cable is required to do this together with a spare Serial or USB port on the PC. 11 Telephone Call Recording & Playback Our professional Model CRU4 provides all of the capabilities of CRU3 and in addition can : Play an Advisory Message to the caller before recording commences Play back the recording or any previous recording during any telephone call Play MP3 based files into a telephone call at any time Has a Notes facility, which allow you to make, recall and edit notes for each recording Record the start time, stop time and duration in the Notes facility ADVISORY MESSAGE A custom MP3 Message can be automatically played to your callers, as soon as the Record icon is pressed, that will advise them that the call is about to be recorded. Recording will automatically commence at the end of the message. This message can be recorded directly from the handset connected to CRU4, or an MP3 file can be professionally recorded and saved within the program. RECORDING PLAYBACK CRU4 has the ability to PLAY BACK recorded files into a telephone call. This means that you can play back the current recording to the other party as soon as you press the Stop icon, or you can play back any previous recording to a caller at any time. You can also pause and resume the recording or play it again by pressing the appropriate icons in the CRS 4 program. AUDIO PLAY You can also play ANY other MP3 file during a telephone call. CRS 4 allows you to save a number of MP3 recordings within the program which can be selected and played to a caller at any time. This means that you can play important pre-recorded scripts such as Refund policies, Cancellation policies, Warranty policies, etc to callers at any time. NOTES FACILITY The CRS4 software program has an integrated Notes Facility where information typed within this area during a call or after the call, can be saved along with call recordings for future retrieval and display. CALL RECORDING TIMES At the click of an icon, the CRS4 software program can also save to the Notes Facility the time that the last call commenced, ended and the duration of the call. EASY INSTALLATION CRU4 installs just like CRU3, with the only exception being that the PC cable has an additional connector that must be connected to a USB port or Serial (Com) port. 12 PABX PagingSwitch PA SWITCH PA Switch provides; Connection to a Public Address (PA) System from ANY PABX PA capability for IP based PABX systems PA capability for Cloud based PABX systems PA capability for Remote Sites Our PA Switches are designed to allow a Public Address (PA) system to be connected to an Analogue extension of any PABX system, so that Announcements can be made from ANY Telephone Extension at ANY time. Making announcements over a PA System from a PABX handset is an extremely important business tool. However, not all PABX systems have the ability to do this or the cost of fitting this option to a PABX can be quite expensive. In particular, many new IP based PABX solutions do not provide for Paging facilities. 14 PABX FaxSwitch FAXSWITCH 2 For most businesses, there is no longer any need for an expensive Dedicated Fax Line. Fax Use is decreasing due to the increased use of Telephone Line Rentals continue to increase Telephone Line Installation Charges continue to increase With FaxSwitch 2 you can : Move your Fax Line to your PABX Rotary Group to add an additional line Cancel the existing Last Choice Line and replace it with the Fax Line FaxSwitch 2 is specifically designed to allow a Fax Machine to Share the Last Choice line of a PABX Rotary Group (PSTN Lines only). It provides Completely Automatic Fax Reception, with 100% detection accuracy and reliability. There is no need to change the Fax Number, as the Fax Line is now the Last Choice line. Save over $475 per year ($39.95 per month) in unnecessary line rental alone. Save even more if a new line installation is involved. Installation Connect the incoming Last Choice telephone line to the Line In port of FaxSwitch 2 Connect the Line Out port of FaxSwitch 2 to the PABX Trunk Input used for the Last Choice telephone line Connect the Fax Machine to the Fax Device port of FaxSwitch 2. Leave the Fax Machine settings unchanged Connect the supplied 12V Power Pack and installation is complete Operation The only time a call will ring on the Last Choice line is when: 1) It is a Fax Call 2) It is a Telephone call, but ONLY if ALL other lines in the Rotary Group are in use FaxSwitch 2 will answer all incoming calls on this line BEFORE the call rings on the PABX. It will then listen for a Fax Calling Tone. If the Calling Tone is detected, it will ring the Fax Machine so that it answers and then connect the Fax call to it so that it will receive the Fax transmission. On the rare occasions that the incoming call is a Voice call, FaxSwitch 2 will ring the PABX system as normal, after a 4 second listening delay. 14 YOUR PABX ACCESSORIES PARTNER

15 PABX ModemSwitch Installation Diagram Power Adaptor Supplied Incoming Telephone Lines Fax Machine Main Line Last Line Telephone System Controller INSTALLATION Fit Fax Switch 2 to the existing LAST LINE of the PHONE SYSTEM or move the Fax Line into the rotary group, to add an additional Voice Line. You still keep the existing Fax Number. Telephone Handsets Telephone Handsets MODEM SWITCH Some businesses require the ability to DIAL IN to a Modem based device, such as an Air Conditioner, Alarm System, Retail Cash Register, Vending Machine or ANY other device which has an analogue modem. The need to DIAL IN is usually infrequent and the cost of using a dedicated telephone line is cost prohibitive and totally unnecessary. Modem Switch operates in the same way as FaxSwitch 2, except that it is programmed to detect a Modem Calling Tone instead of a Fax Calling Tone. When used on a PABX, Modem Switch connects in the same manner as the FaxSwitch 2 and the dial in Modem Number is simply the telephone number assigned to the Last Choice Line. Modem Switch can also be used on a Fax Line, EFT-POS line or any other available telephone line. The normal use of the line remains unaffected. 16 PABX RingSwitch RING INDICATOR Advises PABX users, in NOISY environments, when there is an incoming call Easy Plug In Installation Simple, Cost Effective and Reliable Ring Indicator Switch is designed to connect to an Analogue Extension of a PABX and to cause a Siren, Horn, Lights or any combination to operate whenever there is an incoming call. It can control the attached electrical device(s) to Turn ON and OFF in sequence with the incoming ring, or it can Turn the device(s) ON and leave then ON until the call is answered. Ring Indicator Switch has an internal relay which will Close on detection of ring and and Open when the ring ceases. The relay is rated at 12V/1A and can be used to directly control an electrical device which operates on 12V (such as our optional Siren Accessory). A connection box with screw terminals that connects to the 4 pin RJ socket outlet of Ring Indicator is also supplied. If the Electrical equipment to be used operates at 240V, then our optional Power Control Unit accessory should be used. It connects direct to the 4 pin RJ socket outlet of Ring Indicator with a supplied curly cord cable. The Power Control unit has a standard 240V plug which connects to an electrical socket and a standard 240V socket, which connects to the electrical device(s). Ring Indicator then causes the Power Control unit to CONNECT and DISCONNECT 240V power to the Electrical device, matching the incoming ring. Alternatively, power can be connected to the Electrical device(s) on detection of the first ring and only disconnected when the call is answered. Siren Accessory As used with Security Alarms. Outputs 110dB, which is suitable for a small factory. This accessory is supplied with volume control adaptor. Power Control Unit Accessory Control up to 10A of electrical current. Suitable for any business size. Can connect any 240V device such as a loud siren, horn or lighting system which will switch ON then OFF to advise of an incoming telephone call. Use Model PCU-2 (which is normally OFF). Alternative Model PCU-1 (which is normally ON) is not suitable for this application. 16 YOUR PABX ACCESSORIES PARTNER

Although this would normally be the Last Choice Line, it can be used on any PABX line. Incoming calls are directed to the normal destination without delay or answer. Outgoing calls can be made by both the NORMAL DEVICE and the ACCESSORY DEVICE.
