Composed and revised curriculum and policies of the handbooks and graduate catalog governing 11 graduate programs in response to accreditation updates and the development of a new university strategic plan. Reviewed and answered student petitions for waivers or variances and student appeals for resolution. Supervised and support student assistants, graduate level advisors, and recruiters. Assisted with recruiting, hiring, and course placement of instructors. Organized and produce semester class schedule for the college, monitor course offering, sizes, and staffing each semester. Managed crisis intervention for graduate students, referring to both on and off campus mental health professionals. Academic Advisement Coordinator, Department of Counseling and Psychological Services College of Education Served as the advisement coordinator to a department of over 450 graduate level students. Delivered all career programming and counseling for mental health counseling, school counseling, rehabilitation counseling, and school psychology graduate students. Increased student development, retention, and diversity with orientations and continuous engagement of students.
