Officers of the PAC shall include the President, Vice President and Treasurer who are confirmed annually at the PAC Board meeting. The PAC meets twice annually at the ACCCA conference in February and the Board retreat in June and may convene by phone as frequently as deemed necessary by the PAC President. 17
