C2C-Citibank to Cititrade The C2C is a mixture of servers, clients and tools designed to provide a single, reliable and robust mechanism of sending, receiving, and processing messages from Citibank to Cititrade, i.e Smith Barney Global Wealth Management and vice versa. The project is designed to provide solution to the issues of performance of the existing FAP gateway and to rewrite it in Java. FAP engine retrieves and computes the data from database and mainframe related to requests sent by Citibank like See Open Orders, See trades awaiting settlement, portfolio inquiry and balance inquiry. The FAP which was earlier designed in perl is now enhanced and provided as a Java Webservice which can be called from the Citibank servers passing the request in xml format specific to C2C application. TradeMinder, formerly known as the Corporate Officer Product, is a corporate-level EFS product that provides a company and their Officers with a solution to the Corporate Officer stock transaction market. TradeMinder will monitor all transactions involving the company(tm)s stock (The Company which is registered with Trade Minder) that were executed by the company officers. The company contacts will then be able to download the trade information in the Form 4 XML format for the purposes of filing with the SEC.
