It must be valid for 6 months after the date of departure from Saudi. Non-Canadian National: Please include a copy of PR card or valid status in Canada (Work Permit, Study Permit). One Recent Passport Pho: Canadian passport-style, on white background, with your name written on the back. VISA Application Form: It should be completed, dated & signed in full in either Arabic or in English ( page 7 ). VISA Authorization / LOI from Saudi: Please provide a copy of the approved visa authorization slip or copy of Electronic Invitation Letter attested by Saudi MoFA. Saudi Company Business Registration: Please provide a copy of Saudi company s business registration certificate. Original Canadian Company Business Support Letter: This letter from the Employer has be addressed the Consular Section and should include the following: The name of the applicant in full, religion, nationality, passport number, occupation, name of Saudi Company, the purpose of the trip, length of stay and number of entries. This letter must be stamped by the CANADIAN company, notarized, stamped by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce/Board of Trade and approved by the Canadian Foreign Ministry (MOFA). We are able certify the letter at an additional cost. In order proceed, you should provide us with TWO IDENTICAL ORIGINAL, signed and stamped Company Support Letters as described above. Please see page 6 for the Canadian Support Letter template. Articles of Incorporation: A copy of the Canadian company s business license or articles of incorporation. Copy of Passport Validity: Please include a phocopy of the first page of your passport (showing the expiry date). Copy of Travel Itinerary: Please submit a copy of your travel itinerary showing entry and departure dates. The Embassy stresses that the client should not pay or confirm their ticket until the visa is issued. Itineraries can be obtained from travel agencies or online free of charge. (You may obtain itineraries online from ). It has show entering Saudi by AIR: NOT by highway from neighboring country. Medical Insurance: The Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Ottawa has started enforcing mandary Saudi medical travel insurance policy on applicants starting June 20, The price is CAD $150 and Visaconnection will process it on your behalf as part of the visa application.
