2 Account Management at PRC At PRC, we recognize relocation is a challenging, time consuming and expensive proposition, and the combined Relocation, Human Resources and Finance background of our staff ensures that they are well-versed in all phases of a move. Employees will interact with a single point of contact throughout their entire move who has accountability for both employee satisfaction and your company s final cost. PRC s Relocation Consultants will coordinate several types of services based on the Employee s relocation situation and act as a liaison between the Employee, PRC s chosen partners and your company: EMPLOYEE Spouse/Partner Children Dependent Parents PRC Moving Company Area Tour Consultant Temporary Housing Real Estate Agent(s) 3 rd Party Closing Services Mortgage Provider Human Resources Payroll Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Tax Department VENDORS CLIENT The services PRC provides to its clients fall into several different categories: Candidate Services Domestic Relocation Services International Relocation Services Group Moves Expense Processing & Tracking Policy Benchmarking & Development Cost of Living Analyses

3 Candidate Services Relocation professionals are under intense pressure to reduce relocation costs, meet the needs of transferring employees and maintain competitive programs that will help attract top talent. If a Candidate feels secure in the prospect of a relocation, both financially and emotionally, then the chances of a successful hire increase. Candidate Services begin in the interview stage sometimes prior and include: Needs assessment and mailing of an area Relocation Package prior to arrival. Area counseling and overview, including pertinent county, school, and community information. Discussion of current housing/rental market, including topics unique to the new area, financing, etc. Area tour of communities by a certified relocation professional. Address family impact issues to determine any possible roadblocks to the move. In addition to providing continuous feedback to the Corporation and/or the Recruiter, PRC may also provide Relocation Cost Estimations or Cost of Living Comparisons. If the Candidate is hired, PRC will continue to service the new Employee throughout his or her relocation, ensuring consistent service and dedication throughout the entire relocation process with the same single point of contact.

4 Domestic Relocation Services Relocation Services are provided in conjunction with Candidate Services upon acceptance of a position. Once an offer has been accepted, and PRC has been notified, PRC will contact the Employee within 24 hours to discuss the Employee s Relocation Program and how they may obtain the greatest benefit from their policy. As part of the initial call to the Employee, PRC will conduct a relocation policy review and briefing. PRC will provide on-going orientation and counseling for the Employee and spouse/ family, identifying any special needs and addressing any Employee or family concerns. PRC will also provide assistance to the Employee in the following areas: Home Finding Assistance Our Relocation Consultants will assist Employees in determining their housing needs and work closely with them to identify appropriate community options. In addition, Area Tours are provided to view appropriate communities, rental properties and homes for sale. Temporary Housing Assistance PRC partners with several national corporate housing companies to offer fully furnished corporate apartments with linens, house wares, utilities, telephone, Internet and maid service at aggressively negotiated rates. Discussion of current housing/rental market, including topics unique to the new area, financing, etc. Management of Lump Sum Allowances For En-Route Travel, Home Finding or Temporary Housing, PRC will help determine appropriate Lump Sum Allowances, as well as assist the Employee in the management of the Allowance. Household Goods Move Management PRC has negotiated competitive discounts with major moving companies will pass those discounts onto our clients. PRC coordinates and monitors the entire process with the Employee, ensuring proactive management of the move. Home Sale Assistance PRC offers an extensive Home Sale Assistance program to clients, providing flexible options to suit the Corporation s budget, while providing hands-on assistance to the Employee. Our Home Sale Assistance options include Marketing Assistance, Buyer Value Option and Direct Reimbursement programs.

5 Domestic Relocation Services Marketing Assistance Program: PRC s goal is to reduce and control relocation costs, and our Marketing Assistance Program provides Employees with competitive market information, expert advice and counseling, and direction on maximizing efforts to sell their home quickly. We provide referrals to highly-qualified real estate agents in their area who specialize in relocation. These preferred agents will provide PRC and the Employee with a Broker Market Analysis on the property, which will recommend a solid marketing strategy, resulting in a shorter marketing period and quicker home sale. PRC will follow up weekly with the agent and the Employee to discuss activity on the property and assist in the negotiation process when offers are presented. Once an offer has been accepted, PRC will guide the Employee through the closing process. Buyer Value Option (BVO): As an alternative to a Guaranteed Buyout, PRC offers a Buyer Value Option program, or BVO, for homeowners. The program is designed to encourage Employee involvement in the sale of the home and reduce costs to the Corporation since no appraisals are ordered, and the home is not taken into inventory. PRC manages the Buyer Value Option program to ensure the home is sold in the shortest timeframe and at the highest market value. Selling the home is the most stressful part of a corporate relocation. Our Consultants are sensitive to the needs and issues of transferring homeowners and their families. Direct Reimbursement: If a BVO Program is not an option for the Employee, PRC will assist in monitoring, reviewing and processing reimbursement of approved closing costs for the Employee. Mortgage Assistance PRC also has established relationships with nationwide mortgage companies that provide the Employee with timely and competitive financing options when they are ready to purchase.

6 International Relocation Services Services that PRC manages domestically are also provided for International moves. Our aim is to provide a high level of service to International Employees at home and abroad; therefore, we have partnerships with specialists around the world that can handle all aspects of an international move. PRC offers the following services to International Employees. These services are designed with the flexibility to be contracted separately or packaged together to accommodate individual Employee or family needs and our Corporate client requirements: Language Training Inter-cultural communication is a vital part of our work world, and PRC has partnered with Berlitz to provide our clients with Language Training for their employees and their families. Destination Services Moving to another country, even for a Temporary Assignment, creates a very stressful environment for an Employee and their family. PRC offers a wide variety of Destination Services which are individually tailored to an International Employee s own situation. Our Relocation Consultants are trained to work closely with International Employees and identify critical issues that can affect the success of their Assignment. PRC will assist with items such as obtaining their Visas, Area Orientation, Vehicle Registration and Driver s Licenses, obtaining Bank Accounts (in the U.S.), School Comparison and Registration and navigating the process of securing utilities and/or appliances, etc. Temporary Housing Assistance PRC partners with international corporate housing companies to provide resources to assist an International Employee secure housing, furniture and utilities in their host country, providing all of the area research up-front, prior to the International Employee s move. International Household Goods Move Management PRC has extensive experience and negotiated contracts with van lines to service any type of international move. Our Consultants will work with the International Employee to help determine air shipments versus ocean shipments, storage, etc. We will also help negotiate rates with local storage agents for long-term storage in-country.

7 International Relocation Services Shipment of Pets Deciding whether to move a pet internationally is difficult for a relocating family. Long quarantines are often required, in some cases up to 6 months. This can lead the family to the tough decision of whether to leave their beloved pet behind with a friend or family member for years at a time, if not permanently. PRC s Relocation Consultants are sensitive to this situation and will guide the International Employee and their family through the process and refer them to reliable and trustworthy pet shippers to ensure the health and safety of their family pets. Property Management It is typical for an International Employee to place their current home in the care of a Property Management company while on an International Assignment. While this is an intimidating prospect for any Employee, PRC will assist and counsel the International Employee on all aspects of obtaining the right company for the job, what to expect and budget, and process expenses, should the Company provide reimbursement. International moves require greater sensitivity, support, organization and challenge. Cross-cultural training, tax and benefit counseling and destination housing are important aspects of an international move. PRC has the necessary resources to assist with the successful management of International Employees, whether they are on a Short or Long-Term Assignment or being transferred permanently.

8 Other Services GROUP MOVES: PRC is experienced in Group Move situations, as well. Our Group Move services encompass all the parameters of a Domestic or International move; however, our staff is sensitive to the nature of a Group Move, knowing that several employees will be in the same situation at the same time, discussing their moves together. With this in mind, we offer additional policy consulting and development with the client prior to the Group Move, ensuring consistency of administration throughout the entire Group Move process, and potentially limiting exceptions or concerns within the move population. Group Moves give PRC the unique opportunity to arrange larger Area Tours for groups, providing the Company with potential cost savings. EXPENSE PROCESSING AND TRACKING: Management of Employee expenses is a critical piece of the Relocation process, and there may be situations where policy issues will arise. While PRC will provide the company with continuous feedback on the Employee s relocation progress, we will also identify any areas where exceptions to the Corporate policy are either requested by the Employee or recommended based on area economic conditions. Expense Processing and Tracking are services that PRC offers to all of its clients. Such services include: Monitoring and processing of all Relocation-related expenses for the Employee, including Expense Reports, Allowances and any Vendor Invoices, Providing monthly Employee Relocation Expense reports to the company to assist with Relocation budgeting, Tracking of all Employee Relocation-related expenses for year-end tax reporting and providing report to the Payroll and/or Tax Department.

9 Other Services POLICY BENCHMARKING AND DEVELOPMENT: PRC s Policy Consultant can provide detailed Benchmarking of the current Relocation Program and Policies to other companies in an industry and to the general corporate population, as well. Using competitive data, our extensive policy database and relocation trend analysis, our Consultant can help determine what is sufficient with the current program and make recommendations for future policy considerations. All Policy Benchmarks are presented with the utmost confidentiality. Policy Development is an area that PRC excels in. Our clients industries are as varied as their programs, which gives PRC the unique insight to many different, often cutting edge programs to work within. We see first-hand what works in certain industries, situations and geographic areas and can apply that knowledge for the benefit of our clients and their relocating employees. COST OF LIVING ANALYSES: PRC s has the capability to provide accurate and detailed Cost of Living Analyses to our clients, both domestically and internationally. These reports are personalized by salary, housing and specific family situations. They are not canned reports they are well-researched, up-to-the-minute reports utilizing our extensive database, as well as Internet resources. They include cost comparisons for salary and typical goods and services from one area to another, as well as pertinent Internet links to sites related to the destination area, such as official City, School and Housing/Rental information and trends.

10 Reporting PRC will provide customized reports whenever they are requested. In addition, we will work closely with the company s Management team, as well as Accounts Payable or Payroll regarding any ad-hoc requests they may have. Relocation Cost Estimations are provided, upon request, at the beginning of the relocation process and are free of charge. PRC currently provides Cost Estimations automatically for many of our clients as part of the standard Relocation Program. Employee Expense Tracking Reports are included as part of the Expense Tracking Package with PRC. These reports summarize all year-to-date taxable and excludable relocation expenses, as outlined by the IRS. Our vendors, suppliers and partners generate their own separate reports and provide these to PRC. These reports (and any other PRC report requested) will be included in our annual Client Review.
