Who May Participate: The Cricket Wireless/Adult Swim Hyper-Local Sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes ) is open to legal residents at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence within seventy five (75) miles of the center of each of the participating markets outlined in the chart below (each, a Market, and collectively, the Markets ) at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and assigns of Cricket Wireless LLC ( Sponsor ), Promotions Groups West, Inc. ( Administrator ), Adult Swim and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising, and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, Released Parties ), and the members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling and child and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households of any of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. Collins, CO Pueblo, CO Seattle, WA Houston, TX Reno, NV Spokane, WA Las Vegas, NV Sacramento, CA Sweepstakes Period: You may enter the Sweepstakes from 12:01AM EST on September 28, 2015 to 11:59PM EST on October 31, 2015 ( Sweepstakes Period ). How to Participate: During the Sweepstakes Period, official Sweepstakes flyers and scan cards (each, a Scan Card ) will be distributed to the public by Sponsor street team members at certain events, in neighboring communities and at participating Cricket Wireless retail locations in each Market throughout the Sweepstakes Period. A complete list of all participating retail locations in each Market can be located at the end of these Official Rules. Upon receipt of a Scan Card, participants will be instructed to hand his/her Scan Card to an authorized Cricket Wireless retail representative at a participating, authorized Cricket Wireless store in any Market and provide the authorized retail representative with their address. The retail representative will input the participants valid address and then scan the Scan Card for the applicable participant to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Please note: a Scan Card must be presented to an authorized retail representative at a participating Cricket Wireless store in order to enter; there will be no other method of obtaining an entry. Entries must be received by the close of participating Cricket

2 Wireless retail location business hours for the applicable Market (as outlined in the chart above) to be eligible. Limit of one (1) entry per person per address, regardless of location visited to participate throughout the Sweepstakes Period. You may only use one (1) address to participate in the Sweepstakes. Scan Cards will be determined to be ineligible if Sponsor determines in its sole and absolute discretion: a. Scan Card contains any printing, mechanical, typographical or other errors; b. Scan Card is obtained through unauthorized channels, mutilated, altered, copied, forged, damaged, manipulated, or tampered with in any way; c. Scan Card has been altered in any manner that suggests improper manipulation or use or attempt to circumvent the integrity of this Sweepstakes; or d. Scan Card has any damage to the scan surface. Random Drawing & Odds of Winning: Potential winners will be selected by Administrator in a random drawing on or about November 2, 2015 from all eligible entries received from all participating retail locations in all Markets combined throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of the total eligible entries received throughout all participating retail locations in all Markets throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Winner Notification: Potential winners will be notified by mail, phone, and/or and potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. Potential First and Second Prize winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within five (5) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize may be forfeited and, at Sponsor s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable prize. Grand Prize (1): A VIP trip for winner and one (1) guest to Adult Swim Williams Street office in Atlanta, Georgia on or about December 15 th, Trip consists of roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner s residence to Atlanta, Georgia, 3 days and 2 nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only), ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, ground transportation to/from Adult Swim Williams Street office, an Adult Swim swag bag, and $500 for winner only awarded in the form of a check. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of Grand Prize: $3,500. Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel must be made through Administrator on a carrier of Administrator s choice. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of prize. First Prizes (10): Adult Swim Merchandise. ARV of each First Prize: $30.00 Second Prizes (20): A Cricket Wireless Portable Battery Charger. ARV of each Second Prize: $15.00 All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes and if the Grand Prize winner incurs any additional transportation costs, luggage fees, hotel incidentals, meals, souvenirs and gratuities, shall be

3 the responsibility of the winners. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor s sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes: $4, Additional Rules & Restrictions: By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. If any winner is found to be in violation of any of these Official Rules, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered, garbled, or delayed entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, Scan Cards or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto) or participation in this Sweepstakes. Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same account, the authorized subscriber of the account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning addresses. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, and not as a participant in

4 any class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs directly attributable to participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
