37 Findings The perspective has to be set on the portfolio level - Only then can synergies be used! New technologies like prefabrication have to be implemented Renovation should move from patchwork to industrialised construction works! Renovation has to include the outside and the inside of a school building. Only in case of optimized processes the time frame for main works on-site can be kept within school holidays.
