It is designed after the best internet search engines so your end-users can find the courses and resources they are looking for and quickly and easily and register on the spot Users enter their search criteria in the search window.. The vilms software searches all of the firm s learning resources for relevant matches 3. By categorizing learning resources, you can then search by the category name. 4. Optionally included a user rating system to collect feedback on the value of learning resources as rated by the firm s employees.

3 Below is the end-user homepage from our LMS software. The screen is intuitive, uncluttered and simple. Users can access any area of the software with one mouse-click. 3. Users can search for courses by text search or calendar view.. Users can view courses they have taken by curriculum or CLE credit view. 3. Users can view training events they have already registered for.

4 Below is the end-user calendar search view from the software. It displays all relevant courses for the current month.. Users can filter the calendar by department, learning path, course name, or by CLE Credit Type. (i.e.) If an attorney needs New York- Ethics credits, they can filter only courses that have those credits attached to them.. If a user wants to register for a course, they click on it and can register in a single mouse click. The course will be booked in their calendar (Microsoft Outlook or other).

5 The software includes a CLE module with jurisdictions and rules. Below is an attorney s dashboard view of their CLE status. They can click on any of their jurisdictions to view details.. Attorneys can click on the tabs to view details for their jurisdiction and their CLE status for each one.. Users can see a dashboard of their CLE credit status in each jurisdiction they are a member of.they have a color-coded view of how many credits are still required, or if they have met the jurisdictional requirements for the CLE period.

6 The system has feature-rich administrative reports. Below is a curriculum report that shows all associates and who have taken the required courses in their learning path:. Administrators can save reports and give access to them.. Administrators can easily create reports using our reporting tool.
