This deeply relaxing massage consists of long strokes and gentle rocking techniques that will soothe and release tension. A scalp massage calms the mind, leaving you feeling completely rested. Restore Signature Massage 90 minutes Ideal for those who enjoy a warm, stimulating massage to cleanse and revitalise body and mind. This rhythmic, restorative full body massage features warm herbal poultices which increase circulation and relieve aches and pains to promote a feeling of wellbeing Elevate Signature Massage 90 minutes This treatment is designed to relax and open the body s natural energy flow. Influenced by Thai Massage, this treatment is performed on a floor mat while fully clothed. It uses pressure points, assisted stretching and compression movements, with rhythmic techniques and gentle rocking. This experience will leave you feeling supple, energised and full of vitality. Holistic Body Ritual 120 minutes with a total body wrap using warming Oshadi, detoxifying Algae or skin nourishing Marine Mud. 6 ESPA Facials Our facials begin with a detailed consultation and in-depth skin analysis using technology to identify skin conditions not visible to the naked eye. Your facial is specifically tailored to you, to include cleansing, exfoliation, steam and extraction where necessary, and a treatment specific massage and mask. Finally, skincare products are chosen for your individual needs to achieve the best possible results. Lift & Firm Facial 90 minutes An advanced facial using Super Active TM products to improve skin tonicity and firmness and enhance cellular regeneration. This facial uses specialised facial massage lifting techniques to help combat the signs of ageing, stimulate collagen production and deliver intensive results, the benefits of which can be seen immediately. Skin Radiance Facial 60 minutes This revitalising facial treatment helps refresh tired skin, giving noticeably brighter and naturally radiant appearance. A special application of ESPA Skin Radiance Moisturiser, rich in natural AHAs and BHAs from Hawaiian Algae and Meadowsweet, helps smooth, reduce irregular pigmentation and brighten skin to deliver instant results. Regenerating Facial 60 minutes A luxurious and regenerating facial for maturing skin to help minimise lines and wrinkles around the eyes, neck, lips and jaw line. This treatment visibly improves the appearance of the skin by using a selection of agedefying products to replenish and revitalise the skin, leaving your complexion toned, radiant and rejuvenated. Rehydrator Facial 60 minutes An intensive and regenerating facial for dehydrated skin leaving it supple and nourished. Gentle cleansing and exfoliation help the skin absorb replenishing face treatment oils and masks to deeply moisturise and soothe the complexion. This rehydrating facial leaves skin smooth and feeling regenerated. De-Sensitiser Facial 60 minutes A comforting facial for sensitive skins prone to redness and irritation, leaving skin calmed and nourished. Foot Refoundation Foot and leg massage 35 minutes A relaxing massage from the toes up to the leg focusing on muscular flexibility, joint mobility, blood circulation, skin elasticity and volume of the plantar pads. Paraffin Touch 20 minutes Intensify your Bastien s manicure and/or pedicure with this supplement. The warmth of this silky wax will aid the penetration of applied moisturisers into the skin for deep hydration. Colour Touch 20 minutes Select your preferred colour from our range of nail varnishes, which are formaldehyde free, toluene free, DBP free. Includes nail reshaping. French Touch 30 minutes A white line is applied on the nail s tip, followed by an application of soft pink nail varnish to the whole nail. Includes nail reshaping.

The fitness environment includes a Fitness Centre fully equipped with Technogym Excite and Personal Selection ranges (including Kinesis, Flexability and the Wellness System ), a mind/body pavilion and a 18m lap pool. Our philosophy seeks to inspire guests to begin their journey to fitness and wellbeing; guide them on how to achieve their goals and support them in maintaining active lifestyles. One-to-One Personal Training 30/60/90 minutes A customised training session focused on your specific strengths and needs. The session is devised by a personal trainer skilled at providing the motivation for regular exercise and giving the interactive feedback needed to make the most of your time at the resort. Health and Fitness Assessment 90 minutes Your personal trainer will guide you through a personalised health history questionnaire, followed by tests to assess your body composition, muscular endurance, stamina and flexibility. Based on the results, your personal trainer will plan a training programme for your stay at the resort and even beyond, to ensure a continued routine once you are back home. Core Stability 30 minutes This session aims at strengthening the muscles of the abdominals, trunk and pelvis. The exercises range from simple, traditional to more complex ones using Swiss balls, BOSU, foam pads and medicine balls. Boxing 30 minutes This session combines boxing skills using pad work with body weight exercises, high repetitions, and relatively short recoveries. The boxing session ends with an assisted stretch. Assisted Stretching 30 minutes This one-to-one session is devoted to assisted stretching and relaxation. It helps eliminate any tightness in the body and improves your overall flexibility.

11 Kinesis Programmes 60 minutes Kinesis from Technogym is an innovative training concept which focuses on movement through balance, flexibility and strength. Four Kinesis programmes are available: Move To improve everyday wellbeing. Shape For women - toning of the lower limbs and core. Power For a more complete total training method. Sports For sports performance - tennis, golf, running and skiing. Power Plate 30 minutes The Power Plate uses the principles of Acceleration Training to stimulate the body s natural re sponse to vibration. Whether you want to improve your fitness and flexibility, build up your muscles or simply improve your general health the Power Plate will help you reach your goals. Aqua Training 30 or 60 minutes Water resistance and body buoyancy make aqua training an ideal cross-training technique, no matter your age or fitness level. This is an opportunity to enjoy individual attention in an ultimate low impact workout in the spa s lap pool. Swimming 30 or 60 minutes This session gives you expert one-to-one advice to help improve your stroke technique, learn new ones and optimise your swimming training and style. Running Partner 60 minutes This session is ideal if you are preparing for an endurance event or if you simply enjoy running outdoors. The distance and running time depend on your fitness level and your heart rate will be monitored throughout the run. This running session ends with a cool down and a stretch. Technogym TGS Key Programming 60 minutes For guests wishing to continue their current training routine and/or access specific training programmes for visualization of performance and tracking results, the Technogym Wellness System Key can be programmed for the duration of their stay by one of our personal trainers. Yoga and Pilates Can either be taken one-to-one, as a couple or join a scheduled class. Hatha Yoga Rejuvenate, restore and revitalise in tropical surroundings. Classes are held for all different levels to improve strength, flexibility and bal ance. These expertled sessions involve beautiful, calm ing sequences of asanas (postures), breathing exercises and relaxation of body tension. Mat-Based Pilates Pilates exercises focus on what founder Joseph Pilates called the "powerhouse". Often referred to as the core, this consists of your abdominal, back, buttock and upper leg muscles. Every exercise requires focus on this centre of the body while adhering to principles of concentration, fluidity, balance, centering, breath and control. Health and Fitness Packages Following a fitness consultation, your personal trainer will help you find the perfect balance of physical activity to suit your needs and goals using a variety of modalities. Two packages are available: Kick Start Personal Training Package (4 hours) The Complete Personal Training Package (7 hours) Youth Fitness The health and wellbeing of youth and teenagers is an area where One&Only Le Saint Géran is committed to helping parents establish a healthy foundation of exercise and proper nutrition for their children. Swimming Lesson 30 minutes The fast-learning environment offered by personalised swimming lessons provides exceptional results. Three swimming levels are available (1) Starfish, (2) Octopus, and (3) Dolphin, and each level has a set of criteria and requirements to achieve during the child s stay at the resort. Nipper Programme - 5 hours The Nipper programme is a junior lifeguard awareness programme run regularly in South Africa, Australia and the UK. Guests between 11 and 15 years have the opportunity to complete the 5-hour programme over a period of five days, covering swimming skills, water/beach safety, basic beach-related first aid, fitness, teamwork, basic life-saving knowledge and nutrition. Boxing 30 minutes This session is designed to help children become fitter, improve coordination and promote an active lifestyle while instilling the idea that exercise is fun! Outdoor Personal Training 30 minutes This session engages the child in activities that promote hand/eye coordination, stretching, cardiovascular endurance, light strength training, and creative movement. At certain times of the year together with KidsOnly, the following classes are also offered: Junior Fitness Camp, Junior Yoga, Junior Tai Chi, Kids Stretching and Swimming Clinics. See daily programme for complimentary exercise classes. Minimum age for gym use is 16 years. Fitness attire and proper footwear are required. Nutrition The equilibrium symbol on the resort s menus represents the food selection designed for nutritional balance to promote wellbeing.
