Specifically, our intention is to: Increase Client Well-being Decrease Addiction Severity Contribute Positively to Society PNLH has served over 4,500 clients since opening in Contracted with SEMCA, City of Detroit, Washtenaw/Livingston and Oakland Counties, HAP and other commercial insurance carriers.

11 Eligibility Criteria Documented primary substance use disorder or non-spmi Co-occurring disorder by Health Services Access and one of the following: (a) WCHO consumers who are Top Tier treatment users, as defined as two or more admissions to the same level of care within 90 days of last discharge; or (b) Consumers who no show after being authorized for substance abuse treatment who also have history of multiple admissions to substance abuse treatment and/or leaving against staff advise in prior treatment attempts, or (c) Priority IV population as defined by SAMHSA and ODCP, or (d) Homeless
