Work cards for pre-defined workscopes can be generated with the click of a mouse, using default Route Masters and Workshop Instructions. Custom routes can be created on the fly and extra operations added. Sentencing of parts, and the incorporation of publications / modifications can be controlled through this single screen. Reliability Module: PremiumPlus An integrated module which identifies aircraft / parts reliability. Using data from the main AeroTrac application, the Reliability Module measures mean-times between failure and unscheduled removals, using a range of criteria from part numbers to ATA coding. The Reliability Module helps flight-based maintenance organisations measure and review the effectiveness of their airworthiness approved maintenance schedules in compliance with EASA Part-M regulatory requirements. Warranty Module: This is a standalone module which integrates with AeroTrac Premium Plus. The Warranty module links to the AeroTrac database and identifies aircraft / parts which are subject to warranty coverage (whether in stock or on-wing). The module manages the commercial, technical, logistical & financial aspects of warranty claims either submitted by your organisation against suppliers / OEM s, or that are made against your business by your customers.

Contract Management Module: An integrated module which provides detailed reporting of costs generated against a single contract or series of contracts Create contracts, set budgets and then group costs collected from Sales Orders, Works Orders, Hangar Projects and Workshop Projects to provide detailed analysis of the overall progress and results.
