2 Background Recent developments in lighting industry has led to an increase in the number of lighting solutions available on the open market; however, lighting innovators are often not provided with all the information they require to develop products that will satisfy the requirements/needs of both public and private sector organisations. The project aims to address this issue. PDF s Online allows lighting manufacturers, innovators and suppliers (and other interested parties) to outline their ability to meet the lighting requirements/needs of the organisations involved in the PRO- LITE partnership.
