2 Rick Belliotti Director, Information and Technology Services Department, San Diego County Regional Airport Authority. Rick Belliotti is an experienced manager and entrepreneur who has worked in organizations of all sizes. His experience extends from software development to business development, to management of staff. Rick is has been very active in the Aviation industry with the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and Airports Council International (ACI). Rick served on several key management groups and committees for these organizations, and participated in the creation of standards, policies, as well as conducting research for the industry. The key focus of his career is to make the aviation industry better for the passenger by improving how technology is used to meet their needs, as well as the needs of the business. Paul Hetzel VP, Chief Information Officer, Raleigh Durham International Airport Paul Hetzel is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Vice President of Information Services for the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority. In his role, Hetzel balances business alignment, technology strategic planning, and technical execution for airport information systems including common use and integrated passenger self-service systems. Paul joined RDU in 2014 and has 25+ years of hands-on, practical technology experience as well as 20 years directing and leading teams. Business growth, data analytics, and operational efficiency are just a few of Mr. Hetzel's professional passions. Paul has been recognized as a strategic partner and business architect and has participated numerous times as a guest lecturer, speaker, and panelist. Prior to joining the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority, Paul served as the Vice President of Information Technology & Operations and has substantial experience in diverse vertical markets such as healthcare and broadcast television. Paul resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife. Mr. Hetzel is an Eagle Scout and holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from the State University of New York. David James Director Information Technology, Tampa International Airport David James is the Director of Information Technology Services at Tampa International Airport where he is responsible for the operation and support of the enterprise technology infrastructure. In addition, he is leading an aggressive program of new technology innovations: Mobile First airport website Business analytics Location based services Parking revenue system Shared use passenger processing system IT Service Management (ITIL) 2

3 In his role as Director Mr. James leads a team of over 40 IT professional staff providing support for over 600 employees and many airport tenants and airlines. During his career Mr. James has served in numerous Senior Executive level technology roles in both commercial technology firms and several government agencies. He is recognized as a very progressive and strategic thinker who exploits technology to challenge the status quo in the quest to deliver the highest levels of business and organization performance. Ian Law CIO, San Francisco International Airport Ian is Chief Information Officer (CIO) at San Francisco International Airport. He holds A BSc in Computer Science and an MBA from University College Cork and Cranfield School of Management, respectively. His experience encompasses technology, business and advisory roles. At Computer Associates GmbH, Germany he managed CA s German, Austrian and Swiss data Centers and led 3rd level support groups serving key clients in that region. He also led data center projects in former East Germany immediately following the collapse of the Soviet Union in 90/ 91. During his KPMG (London), UK tenure, Ian led international outsourcing and supply chain advisory businesses and worked directly with clients in Europe, USA, Brazil, India, Singapore, UAE, France, Australia, Austria & South Africa. He led and participated in corporate transactions as well as growing KPMG s international advisory practices. Ian is a champion for the role of technology in airports and has led initiatives at SFO to create a Transportation Network Companies management platform, trial Mobile Passport Control, implement a high density Wi Fi service and innovate real time data services for taxis. He sits on several technology committees and working groups at the City and County of San Francisco. Ian is an avid sailor and skier! Mike Youngs Deputy Chief Information Officer, Phoenix Aviation Department Mike is the Deputy Chief Information Officer for the city of Phoenix Aviation Department. In this capacity, he oversees the implementation of technology solutions to support the strategic plan of the Aviation Department. Mike has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. Prior to joining the City of Phoenix in 2000, Mike worked as an application expert for Computerized Facility Integration in Chicago and as a GIS Analyst for Rand McNally & Company. Mike has been with the Aviation Department since 2007 serving as the GIS Manager and IT Project Manager before being promoted into his current position. Mike has a Master s Degree in Geographic Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History both from Michigan State University. 3

4 Jeff Collins Business Development Manager, Arora Engineers Jeff Collins joined Arora Engineers, Inc in July of 2015 as the Business Development Manager Transportation Solutions. Jeff s responsibilities include developing and expanding Arora s Indoor GIS technology solution, ARORA ATLAS. This solution will empower retail partners to increase sales and drive loyalty, improve passenger service, take mobile wayfinding to the next level, and collect useful and actionable passenger analytics. With a background in software solutions for the aviation industry with a global network of over 80 airports and airlines, Jeff plays an integral part as Arora shapes and grows our new partnerships. Jeff has been a part of a wide range of partnerships and is well connected throughout the Air Transportation industry. Jeff is known as a leader in consulting and providing solutions to improve the overall passenger experience. Before Arora, Jeff spent seven years with Com-Net Software, a SITA Company as an Account Executive and Manager. In his role at Com-Net, Jeff played a vital role the growth of sales. This growth happened in North America and on a global stage. Jeff has spoken and attended numerous conferences in North America and globally. Jeff is a member of ACI, AAAE, ACC, and FAC. Jason F. Doyle, CPA PMP Practice Director, AST Corporation Jason F. Doyle, CPA PMP is a seasoned IT and Financial Project Governance expert, financial professional with functional and managerial expertise across transit, governmental/non-profit and for-profit organizations. Mr. Doyle has over seventeen years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles with organizations from $50million to $4 billion in annual revenues, including multinational companies Stagecoach and First Group. Additionally, he spent five years as the Corporate Controller of the Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC), which operates Providence (PVD) airport and five general aviation airports. During his tenure at RIAC, Mr. Doyle was deeply immersed in IT infrastructure and emerging technologies reviews and their applications to aviation. As AST Corporation s Practice Director for Transportation, Mr. Doyle specializes in project governance and the delivery of innovative Airport-centric technology solutions including initiatives to enhance Passenger Experiences, extension of Airport Integrated Data Brokers to provide information for Airport Operations, as well as Business Intelligence solution development based on Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) guidance on Performance Management Systems to provide airport executives with the tools to enhance strategic decision making. Paul Drury Vice President, Americas, Ultra Electronics Airport Systems, INC. Paul Drury is Vice President for Ultra Electronics Airport Systems, and is responsible for delivering Ultra s strategy for the Americas region. He brings 25 years experience to the ACI Committee, cutting his teeth at Manchester Airport managing the SITA IT infrastructure team, moving onto Heathrow Airport, where he co-founded SITA s BagMessage service (although please don t hold that against him!). 4

5 After a number of years keeping airports running in the UK, he then switched to solution and business development, and so developed an alternative perspective on how the salesman sees the delivery of the same systems. He has been instrumental in business growth for SITA, SCC, NIIT Technologies and IBS Software Services in the fields of airport operations & management, passenger and baggage processing, and messaging and airline systems. He has been recognized for his success in leading major contract negotiations for the provision of managed service, outsourcing & co-sourcing, software development and application service provision contracts to customers such as SITA, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Austrian and TUI group as well as many of the world s leading airports. A native of Cheshire, England, Paul holds an MSc from Sheffield University and currently resides with his family in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Montee Fiely Sales Director, IER, INC. Montee Fiely joined IER in 2012 as the North American Sales Director for IER. IER, a subsidiary of Bolloré Group, a French industrial designer of solutions to improve the flow of goods and people, operating worldwide. Montee promotes IER s airport and airline product portfolio which includes a range of solutions from check-in to boarding based on exclusive hardware, software and services. Prior to joining IER, Montee spent nine years at Com-Net Software as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, Montee and his family currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia. Montee holds a B.S. in Business Management from Urbana University in Urbana, Ohio. Maulesh Kumar President, AriesPro Maulesh Kumar is a president and co-founder of AriesPro, a fastest growing information technology company specializing in Airport Revenue Increment Solution (ARIS) and Cyber Security. 6 system. With our predictive analytics solution, we will jump in immediately to patch it, he says. Further, Mr. Kumar has led AriesPro to expand airport solutions in various streams such as Airside/Landside and Terminal operations productivity, Airport safety and security management (SMS), and several other initiatives - strengthening the Airport s impact on the economy and making AriesPro a global smart airport solution provider. Prior to co-founding AriesPro, Mr. Kumar was an independent management consultant for large North America and Asia Pacific airports. During his tenure, he was responsible for consulting and managing airport revenue enhancements, building Cyber Security Framework and processes, airport operation productivity and passenger experience improvements. With the power of data driven technologies, he helped various airports gain more than $39 million in revenue from variety of airport segments. Al Lyons Firmwide Director IT & Electronic Systems, HOK INC. Al Lyons is a Sr. VP and the Firmwide Director of IT & Electronic Systems (IT&ES) Design & Consulting at HOK. He has more than 30 years of experience in the planning, design, procurement, implementation, commissioning and activation of all of the IT&ES generally found at airports. He has worked at a broad range of North American and Asian Airports, including: JFK International Arrivals Terminal (T4) in NYC JetBlue Terminal 4 at JFK in NYC Terminal 1 at Toronto Pearson International Airport in Canada Terminal 2 at Dublin International Airport in Ireland Terminal 3/Concourse 2 at Dubai International Airport in the U.A.E. Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Central Terminal Replacement Project at LaGuardia Airport in NYC In addition to this broad range of past and current consulting and design projects, Al regularly participates in ACI, ACC, and Passenger Terminal World conferences and committees and co-authored the ACRP Synthesis 20 Airport Terminal Facility Activation Techniques. 7 Selina Teo Vice President, XYBASE, INC. I have more than 20 years of working experience in the Information Technology in the Airport Systems Integration design and development and 19 years of project management and systems consultancy experience for airport projects around the world. Excellent client management skills who can successfully work and influence at board level as well as at a Business and Operational level. I have extensive experience of using project management process and has worked on projects at all stages of the project lifecycle including project review and audit of project processes and governance procedures on large and complex projects with multidiscipline delivery work streams, a wide range of stakeholders and complex project interfaces. I am the lead councilor within the current firm, XYBASE Inc. s Airport Systems Technology Development Council group involving planning and decision making for new and innovative airport systems IPRs and technology upgrades. With my broad knowledge and exposure in working with a wide airport IT needs around the world, I believe it will be the key assets in serving ACI-NA Business Information Technology Committee Steering Group in this capacity. As well as my personal commitment to ACI-NA, my employer XYBASE, Inc, has been and will continue to be a strong supporter of the association.
