The program will cover up to 50% of the costs associated with the energy-efficiency improvements, up to a maximum of $5,000 per household or $10,000 for a 2-4 family building. Multifamily Performance Partner Provides technical and financial assistance to address specific energy needs for residential buildings with five or more units, where 25% or more of residents have incomes 80% of state median or below. Energy Smart Communities Targets regional energy needs by building networks of organizations and agencies that contribute to urban and rural projects, demonstrating how energy efficiency and diversifying energy resources can create economic, environmental, and social benefits. EmPower NY Program Cost-effective energy efficiency measures, particularly lighting and refrigerator replacements. Other costeffective energy efficiency measures may also qualify. WRAP funding is last resort funding utilized to leverage other agency funding and help complete the package of needed weatherization assistance to senior citizens.
