The activity will take place once a week for 12 weeks in both the gym and community Ebbw Vale Leisure Centre. The activity aims to build confidence and self-esteem among its participants. The community room time will be used to help support and develop the prospects and job readiness of the participants. This will include: Education and Vocational opportunities, volunteering opportunities, CV writing, Interview Skills and Mentoring. The activity will be run by Steve Jones. 11 Build Your Future This activity is aimed at years old and will take place twice a week over a 12 week period. The activity will focus on; on the job training and employment support sessions that will help to improve confidence, self-esteem, raise aspirations, develop communication skills and support partici-pants to access: further learning, training (accredited and non-accredited), paid employment, vocational experience, that could include: creative in-dustries, mechanical engineering and motor industry based activities, construction, health & safety, 1st Aid in the work place, CSCS card and effec-tive communication skills.
