Training and Life Coach Certification Program via online learning starting January, In our busy electronic world, the need for personalized, interactive learning opportunities is higher than ever. This program bridges the gap between electronics and real human contact, providing in depth communication, relationship, and awareness training, as well as full Life Coaching Certification. Our online program is limited to 9 students to ensure personal attention and optimal learning. The specialized approach of this program allows you to develop your personal style of positive influence through our trademarked curriculum built from decades of study, practice and insight. This unique curriculum also includes training in the empowering, pay- it- forward philosophies of Energy Bubbles and Seven Steps to Positive Change. This 5 month intensive program will help you expand your self- awareness, communication skills, personal tool box, and confidence, and teach you the empowering skill of Life Coaching. Participants that complete all program components will be awarded Life Coaching Certification and the title Certified Life Coach (CLC) Online Class Schedule: Mondays, 6:00-8:30pm CST January 18, 2016 May 23, 2016

4 Attendance: Class attendance is required. Please note all class dates and make them a priority in your schedule. Payments: If you are making monthly payments, credit card auto payments will be set up to occur on the 1 st of each month. Any issues with auto- draft payments (invalid credit card, credit unavailable at time of draft, etc.) will be subject to a $25 processing fee. Change: Coaching is a powerful venue for someone who is ready to take full responsibility for his/her life. The information in this program has the potential to be life- changing for you and the people around you. You ve been warned ;) Truth: As a coach/program facilitator, it is my responsibility to hold you as the source of your wisdom and answers, reflecting what I hear, sense and feel, with honesty, truth and acceptance. I do not hold your answers; and I invite you to use your discretion as to what feels true for you. Liability: Coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, illness, condition, or legal situation. A coach is not a substitute for your medical, mental health, financial, or legal professional. The client releases, Vision Point Coaching LLC, Center Spirit Coaching, Jill Baake, Patricia Jackson, The Atrium and all affiliates of any claims of legal responsibility. Support: It is our intention that you feel fully supported as you go through this program. It is critically important that you receive individual coaching sessions. Please also feel free to openly communicate with facilitator as needed. It is our desire that you learn and grow and expand, and doing so requires a willingness to be supported and loved along the way. Withdrawal / Cancelation Policy: Should you decide to discontinue the program for any reason, payments for program will be required as follows regardless of payment plan arrangements. Super Coach / Rockstar Option ($11,800) $1900 deposit is non- refundable. Should you withdraw prior to the start of the program, this fee can be applied to future programs / services through THRIVE! Life Services. Withdrawal prior to class 4; $6,000 total due. Amounts paid above $6,000 will be refunded. Withdrawal prior to class 6; $9,000 total due. Amounts paid above $9,000 will be refunded. Withdrawal will not be permitted after class 6. Should you choose to discontinue at that point, full tuition is due. Standard Option ($4,800) $900 deposit is non- refundable. Should you withdraw prior to the start of the program, this fee can be applied to future programs / services through THRIVE! Life Services. Withdrawal prior to class 4; $2,500 total due. Amounts paid above $2,500 will be refunded. Withdrawal prior to class 6; $4,000 total due. Amounts paid above $4,000 will be refunded. Withdrawal will not be permitted after class 6. Should you choose to discontinue at that point, full tuition is due.
