Vol 4(NRRU) 132 Factors affecting the psychological characteristics of undergraduates majoring in Education Nakhon Rachasima Rajabhat University Petsuda Phumiphan Faculty of Education, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, Panitnan Udomsap Faculty of Humanities and Social Science, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, Wivan Kanjanawajee Faculty of Science and Technology, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, Abstract The purposes of this research focuses on the study of the mentality, the social perception, the psychological characteristics and the integration of the under graduate majoring in Education of Nakhon Rachasima Rajabhat University. The research samples are 276 under graduate in the year of The independent variable are the mental health and social perception. The dependent variable is the integration of the psychological characteristics, including prospects in the future and the social experience. The research instrument is the questionairs of 4 level and the measurement of 6 levels. The analytical data are from frequency, percentage, means and standard deviation. The analysis are questionairs, and Stepwise Multiple regression. The research finding are as follows : 1. The average scores of the undergrads mentality are significant. The social perception and the integration of the psychological characteristics are highly significant. 2. Factors of social perceptions and the psychological characteristic are significant at the level of.01. This affects the positive views for the integration of psychological characteristic. The multiple correlation coefficient to the psychological characteristic at the level of This can generalze, that the standard deviation of the integration the psychological characteristic is 9.4 percentages. Keywords: psychological characteristic, undergraduates majoring in Education, Nakhon Rachasima Rajabhat University 1.Introduction The University graduates are very important leaders for the development of the countries in the future if they are well-trained for their psychological characteristics. The result of the research for the intergade psychological characteristics have been found that graduates who have been well-trained in the integration of the psychological

This is also benefit for their god leadership of the country in the future. 2. Experimental 2.1 Research Objective To study the mental health, the social perception and the psychological characteristics of the undergraduates majoring in Education To study the factors affecting the psychological characteristics and the integration of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. 2.2 Conceptual Framework Independent Variable Mental Health Social Perception. Dependent Variable Psychological characteristics and integration 1. The result of ethic. 2. Prospects in the future. 3. Social experiment. 2.3 Basic Assumption of the research The mental health and the social perception affecting the psychological characteristics and the integration of the undergraduates majoring in Education of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. 2.4 The variable Independent Variable are the mental health and the social perception dependent Variable are psychological characteristics and the integration. 2.5 Methodology The research instruments are from careful selection 276 the graduates in the year The research instruments are 6 questionairs. This is from 15 items about the mentality 14 items about social perception 5 items of the integration of the psychological characteristics, 14 items of the reason in moral, 14 items of the prospects in the future, 14 items of social experience. Examining the content validity of the questionair from the 2 experts and they have been tried out already. This is from 30 graduates. This has been tested for the reliability by alpha coefficient of Cronbach. The reliability is as follows : the questionairs are the integration types for 3 items. The first type is 14 items about morality. The reliability is The second item is 14 items for the prospects in the the third item is about social perception for 14 items the reliability is Data Collection The reaearch instrument s are from the questionairs, gathering data on their owns. There are 276 good questionairs. This means 100 percents.

Vol 4(NRRU) The analytical data This is from the analysis of the mentality, the social perception and the integration of the psychological characteristics by using software : mean standard deviation and Stepwise Multiple regression analysis 3. RESULT AND DISSCUSION 3.1 Result 1. The mental health of undergraduates majoring in Education Nakhon Rachasima Rajabhat University was mean and standard deviation : Table 1 The average marks and standard deviation of mental health, The social perception and the psychological characteristics and the integration of the undergraduates majoring in Education of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. From the first table, the average marks of the mental health of undergraduates are significant ( = 2.99,.... ( = 4.32, SD=0.39).. It was found that there are two Pearson correlation from0.282 to0.413 by the highest correlation was mental health with Pearson correlation at But the lowest correlation was mental health and social perception with the Pearson correlation at Table 3 The analysis of factors affect the psychology characteristic of the undergraduates majoring Education have been found out that Variable The regression from the raw scores not adjust the standard (b) The regression from the standard scores ( β ) Constant Mental Health Social perception ** 0.00 R=0.307, R 2 =0.094, S.E.=0.722, F=14.164, p=0.000 ** It is significant at 0.01 From the first table the result of the research factors affecting the psychological characteristics and integration of the undergraduates majoring in Education of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University is significant at the level of.it affected in positive towards to the integration of the psychological characteristics. The multi-regression of psychology characteristics integration is at and be able to explain the variance of the psychological characteristics of the college students at 9.4 percent. t p 3.2 Discussions Factors affecting to the psychological characteristics of undergraduates majoring in Education NRRU was at the 0.1 level by affecting positive towards to the psychological characteristics. It was became of the social perception was the ability of knowledge of humans and environments whether the young or the old, they are able to understand and adjust themselves to get the new things. According to the idea of Piaget that the interaction between the humans and the environments were the basic of the thinking development.the new learning things will happen by matching the new experience and the old concept structure. This process has the organization and adjusting the adaption structure by the children schema began to develop from easy stage to the complicate stage.the development of th concept adaptation structure of people has been changing all the time whenever it was equilibration. According to J.S. Bruner (Tissana Khammanee : 66-68) The phychologists are interested in studying the development of concenptual knowledge. Bruner believed that humans selected to receive the things they are interested in and the knowledge came from the process learning the discovered by themelves and similary to Penpisut Nakmanuruk (2537: Abstract) that she tudied the teacing model to develop the creatuve thinking of science for the secondary students. It was found that the students who thought carefully had the conceptual more than the students who didn t think carefully Recommendation 1. Recommendation for this research

Vol 4(NRRU) The findings results shows that the factors affecting to the psychological characteristics integration of students.thus, the teachers or the related persons should promote and enhance the experience of social perception to the students in order to develop them to be efficiency. 1.2 The research should be published to the administrators in order to plan the staff self development. 2. Recommendation for future development. 2.1 The findings shows that the factors affecting that the factors affecting to the phycho logical characteristics integration of students; such as, the factor of social conception etc. Thus, in the future. It should have the research to create the activities model in order to develop the variety of learning subjects standards 2.2 In this research the samples were educational students.thus, we should study with other groups. 4. CONCLUSION Exception: This research article is one of the researches on the topic of the factors affecting to the psychologicak characteristics of undergraduates majoring in Education NRRU.The samples were selected by purposive sampings with the educational students studied in the faculty of Education the research taught.
