Compressed air needs to be dry, oilfree and clean in order to prevent costly production downtimes and losses in te production quality. Te atmosperic air drawn in contains armful substances, dirt particles and moisture in te form of water vapour, wic condenses out in compressed air pipes and can lead to considerable damages (corrosion, freezing etc.). Terefore eat regenerated adsorption dryers are muc more economical as teir energy requirements for regeneration is muc lower ten tose of eatless regenerated adsorption dryers despite using eater and blower for regeneration. Beneat compressed air fridge dryer, adsorption dryer represent te most common drying metod for compressed air. Maximum efficiency and te igest operational safety, coupled wit low operational costs are attributes tat convey te advantages of te adsorption dryer. State of te art tecnology and selected materials are te basis for ig operational safety. Adsorption dryers are made of two - in some applications more - compressed air vessels filled wit desiccant. Wilst one vessel is drying te incoming compressed air, te oter vessel is regenerated. Witin te range of adsorption dryers we differ between eatless regenerated dyers and eat regenerated dryers. Wile eatless dryers are regenerated by a partial flow of more tan 15 % of te dried compressed air, eat regenerated adsorption dryers type ULTRA.DRY HRE manages te desorption process witout compressed air consumption. Compressed air is consumed for te cooling process only.
