3 Which category describes you? 1. I currently have a company- provided AT&T phone & plan 2. I currently have a company- provided phone/ plan from another carrier, e.g., Verizon, TMobile, Sprint 3. I currently do not have a company phone but expense some porcon of my service plan payment 3

6 3. You currently do not have a company phone but expense some portion of your service plan payment. Ø Option 1: Maintain your current service provider and expense up to $45 a month Ø Option 2: Join the company s service plan 6

7 Option 1: Expense $45/month Submit expense reports as usual, just reimburse up to $45 USD Why only $45? It s comparable to the company s AT&T plan It s an alternative to requiring everyone to go on the company s plan 7

8 Option 2: 3 Steps 1. Notify the Help Desk 2. Pick a phone or decide to keep your current device 3. Port your number and get connect to your 8

9 Option 2: Join Epsilon s AT&T Company Plan Submit an ETICKET Your wireless fees will be billed directly to the company No need to submit expense reports 9

10 Option 2: Company Plan Phone Options AT&T will provide you these phone at no charge: Research in Motion BlackBerry 9360 (BB9360) Nokia Lumia 900 HTC One X HTC 8 X 8GB Samsung Galaxy SIII You can purchase another device at pre-negotiated prices. Create an ETICKET and AT&T will contact you. The device will be your personal property 3rd Party Insurance is available for employee-owned devices at the employee s cost at Protect Your Bubble ( 10

11 Option 2: Porting Numbers to the Company Plan You can port your number to the company s AT&T plan If you have an AT&T number You will still need to transfer your number to go to the company plan, otherwise, your personal account will remain active If you have another carrier: Verizon, TMobile, Sprint You can terminate your personal plan If there are early termination fees associated with your personal account, you will need to pay them before you can port your number over to the company plan or expense the $45.00 until your contract expires with your carrier Epsilon will reimburse you up to $ toward any early termination fees you paid from your old account 11

12 Option 2: Phone Usage on the Company Plan Accounts that are company-sponsored should be primarily used for business purposes; however, limited personal usage is understood The account and the device will be subject to our security policy Upon separation from the company The phone will be wiped If requested, Epsilon will release your phone number You have 15 days to contact AT&T and assume financial responsibility for the service If you choose another carrier, Epsilon will cover any AT&T termination fees 12

13 Who is eligible for the company wireless plan or reimbursement? Associates who travel the majority of the time Associates who are named as an on-call resource in a client contract Associates already being reimbursed or using a company-provided phone Star*ng July 1, 2013, all new wireless services requests will require SVP approval. 13
