9 Goals Objectives Establish and institutionalize a Grade 11 and 12 Model that will develop trained and qualified talent for the BPO industry Contribute to BPAP Road Map on talent demand towards 2016 Explore alternative sources of potential talent beyond those from traditional sources Determine effectivity of ADM Higher School Curriculum in producing qualified talent for BPO industry Produce trained and BPO talent with entry level skills Target High School passers / graduates who are: Needing immediate job placement Do not intend to pursue Higher Education in the near future Within age range of 16 to 26
