( TMI ) is a security integration company specializing in security system design, installation of physical security systems, security maintenance, intrusion systems, and integrated residential systems. Based in New York, with proximity to New Jersey and Fairfield County, Connecticut, TMI is a recognized installer of physical integrated security systems. Our culture is focused on the owner of the facility and thus TMI addresses physical security control as if we were the occupants of the premises. Security system design includes security system architecture and security integration design, entry control and authorization plans and selection of a leading security software manufacturer. Also included in system integration are visitor management and lobby security systems. Installation of physical security systems means working with the owner, interior architect, risk consultant architect, general contractor and the software manufacturer to ensure a successful and timely install. TMI provides security maintenance contracts specifically tailored to its customers needs. In cases where funds are limited and security, albeit important, is not critical to the organization, TMI will write a contract based on time and materials. Conversely, where security is critical, TMI will prepare a contract that provides for responding to service calls in 4 hours. Such contracts can include warranties on all of the equipment related to the physical security system. In conjunction with its affiliation with Tech Man, Inc. ( TMI ), FES currently designs and installs life safety systems in accordance with your municipality s regulations. FES is an authorized Gamewell ( dealer of life safety products. The technical staff of FES has combined experience in excess of 40 years for installing fire alarm products in high rise buildings. In addition to Gamewell, the Company has experience in Notifier and Edwards systems. The Gamewell Company has been answering the call of Fire since The company was the first to introduce a wide-area network fire reporting system creating significant solutions to life safety. The Gamewell product line includes: The RadioLink System which replaces or augments use of phone lines; UDACT Digital Alarm Communicator Transmitter/Dialer Module all a Gamewell 600 series fire alarm control panel to call a central station and report a local alarm and Varied addressable panels like the IF610 and XP95-M. 6 Personnel Jeffrey Lefkowitz, President Jeff s experience in the physical security integration industry began in 1988, when as an investment banker, he was asked to provide funding for a struggling family owned security integrator business, Total Access Controls. He later joined that company as its Chief Financial Officer. After growing the family owned business into a highly respected New York security integrator, Jeff took a position with a next generation central office telephone manufacturer. He returned to the field of security integration subsequent to 9/11 cognizant that recent events created a demand for fresh ideas in structuring physical security designs. He also wanted to foster the culture that security integrators were more attuned to the end user. Alex Guarino, Vice President, Sales Alex was a founder in the family owned business Natlock Holdings, originally a locksmith company that transformed itself into a dynamic security integrator firm in the New York metropolitan area. Alex has over 25 years experience installing, servicing and selling security integration systems. Alex has been recognized by leading security manufacturers: Panasonic, Pelco, American Dynamics, Robot CCTV, Software House, Nexwatch and others as a qualified integrator. Christopher Sullivan, Vice President Operations Chris is a proven security integrator with over 20 years of experience.
