1 SHOWfocus is the premier lead management system for use at trade shows, conferences, meetings and seminars. Our proprietary software allows exhibitors to do more than just collect leads it transforms the entire lead collection process into a seamless, intuitive process. SHOWfocus is state-of-the-art hardware, combined with a software interface that is full featured and easy to use. Plus, our web upload feature is unique in the industry, allowing exhibitors to download their leads within one (1) business day of the close of the event, guaranteed! The SHOWfocus Basic hardware is a Symbol CS1504 portable scanner, with a simple single scan button to capture the attendee barcode. The scanner is battery operated and will run for several days on a set of high capacity lithium batteries (supplied with the unit). Our Basic model can hold up to 400 barcode scans, depending on the size of the attendee barcodes. An indicator light alerts the exhibitor to the full status and a simple synchronization with our onsite database uploads the scans and allows the next group of scans to be performed. This model is ideal for budget conscious exhibitors, who still desire to collect lead information but are sensitive to the rental costs of lead management hardware. The SHOWfocus Standard hardware is a Symbol SPT15XX Series Palm handheld, with an integrated touch screen and laser barcode scanner. The scanner is battery operated and will run for several days on set of high capacity alkaline batteries (supplied with the unit). Our Standard and Premium models can hold thousands of leads, making it ideal for even large trade shows and conferences. By utilizing a PDA, we can harness the computer power of the device and provide a wealth of features, designed to make lead management a snap. The heart of the Standard model is our proprietary lead management software, know as SHOWfocus, which allows exhibitors to quickly scan an attendee badge and view the attendee contact information directly on the handheld. Exhibitors can also take notes, link qualifiers (short phrases that the exhibitor can customize), scan qualifiers (using an optional laminated sheet of qualifier barcodes), update addresses using our proprietary Builder and search their list of leads and display them in several popular sort orders. Plus, exhibitors can also run prize drawings for selecting a random winner from their list of leads, enter new attendees (those without a barcode) and print lead receipts (using our optional receipt printer or no-charge printing available at our service desk). And, exhibitors can also beam information from one PDA to another great for sharing leads with staff members in the booth or with other exhibitors partners at the same event. 6 Exhibitor Lead Management Our FastLeads Guarantee! USB Memory Device Web Download Snap-On Printer Portable IR Printer After the event is over, your exhibitors want to get their leads fast! We offer several methods to satisfy your exhibitors needs all of the fast, all of them easy. 1. USB Memory Device Exhibitors can either bring their own memory device (most professional people have these already as a method of backing up their data) or purchase one from SDS for a nominal fee. When the event closes, exhibitors simply drop-off their scanner and their USB Memory Device. Our onsite staff then uploads their leads, creates the Microsoft Excel export file and places it on the USB Memory Device. 2. Web Download When the event closes, exhibitors can also pickup their web download instructions, which consists of a secure login and password to our web site. The same Microsoft Excel file is uploaded to the exhibitors profiles, where they can download it as early as 9 AM of the next day (often the files are uploaded the same day, so exhibitors can check earlier). This service is provided to all exhibitors at no additional cost, even for those that elect to use the USB Memory Device. 3. Integrated Snap-On Printer Our handheld printer makes printing lead receipts a snap. Simply select one or more leads and tap Print. All contact information, notes, qualifiers and survey responses are printed. This printer is available for an optional charge and quantities are limited. All paper and batteries are included at no additional cost. 4. Portable Wireless (IR) Printer Our table-top wireless printer is an economical alternative to our integrated snap-on printer. Simply select one or more leads and tap Print. All contact information, notes, qualifiers and survey responses are printed. No-Charge Service Desk Printing Exhibitors can also print their leads at any time by bringing their handheld to the SDS Service Desk. An SDS staff member will synchronize the handheld, print the lead report and return the handheld to you it only takes a few minutes!
