2 WELCOME TO THE MYCSE MyCSE is a subscriber service that is offered by Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE). Individuals and companies can subscribe to this service and get real time as well as historical share market information. CUSTOMIZED PACKAGES Colombo Stock Exchange provides three packages to subscribers. Each level offers access to various features. You can choose the best package that suits you or your company. 1

3 BENEFITS OF USING THIS SERVICE Real time Order Book with top ten Asks/Bids Step 01 Type the company name that you need to view the details. Step 02 Click the Order Book, under Quotes. 2

4 Step 03 Now you can view the top 10 asks and bids of particular company. 3

5 Historical Share Prices Step 01 Click the Historical Trades, under Quotes. Step 02 You can set the date range (Start Date and End date). And group the information that you want to view as daily, weekly, monthly, quartely and yearly and click the Get Data button. 4

6 Historical Debt Trades Step 01 In CSE home page, click the Debt under Products tab. Step 02 Once you are in this page, please click the Historical Trades tab on your right hand side. Step 03 You can set the date range (Start Date and End date) and click the Get Data button. 5

7 Historical Indices Values Step 01 Please go to bottom of CSE home page. Please click Indices under Listed Entities. Step 02 You can set the date range (Start Date and End date). Then you can group the information that you want to view as daily, weekly, monthly, quartely and yearly and click the Get Data button. 6

8 Detailed Charts with Share Price and Volume details Step 01 Click the Charts tab on particular company profile. Step 02 You can set the date range (Start Date and End date). And view the graph that you want to view as daily, weekly, monthly, quartely and yearly and click the Get Data button. SMS of the market activity at the end of the day 7

9 CONNECTING TO THE WEB SITE In order to log-in to the MyCSE, you will have to gain access to a device with internet access. When you have connected to the internet, start your web browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome). Next type the following internet address into the web browser When you hit the [ENTER] key, you should connect to the Home Page of the MyCSE. 8

10 REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT METHODS You can register for this service via online or subscribe at CSE Head Office (#04-01, West Block, World Trade Center, Echelon Square, Colombo 01) or any of our branches (Matara, Kandy, Kurunegala, Negombo, Jaffna, Anuradhapura, Rathnapura and Hambantota). - Cash/Cheque Payment You can download the registration form and make the payment to the Colombo Stock Exchange Market Development Division. The user name and password will be sent via e mail by CSE. - Online Payment To make the payment online, click on the Sign Up tab. You will get the interface below and please enter your details. After you have completed click the Sign Up button. You will get access once the online payment process is complete. 9

11 You can do your payments via MasterCard, Visa or Sampath e-wallet. 10

12 LOGIN - Manual Login If you have done the payment via cash or cheque directly to the CSE, you will get a confirmation with your user name and password from CSE. Go to the MyCSE home page and click on Sign In button. Then you will get user interface below. You can enter your user name and password in here. Finally click the Sign In button. Now you are already in your MyCSE page. - Online Log in If you register online, you can automatically login to your account at the end of the payment process. 11

13 After your login, your user name will be displayed on the top left hand corner of the CSE home page (below the CSE logo). This will be your customized CSE web site home page. PASSWORD CHANGE In case of manual registration, if you have not provided a password, we are setting it as You can reset your password after your first login. Then you will get user interface below. You can enter your new password in here. After confirming your new password, click Change Password button. 12

14 MyCSE RENEWAL If your subscription period is over, you will get below message when your login. - Online Renewal By clicking on click here of above interface, you can automatically renew your subscription.
