1. Introduction The new version 4.8 is based on the version 4.7. You can use the automatic download feature to upgrade easily from version to version 4.8. Due to changes at the table structure all components have to be updated: Main Program (download from Administrator) Web Client (download from Administrator) MARI Service (distribution via MARICopy through Administrator) MARI Time Touch (distribution via MARICopy through Administrator) MARI Web (download from Administrator) MARI DTW (download from Administrator) Highlights: 1.1. Prerecording of Documents / AP Invoice for Several Projects A new process enables the processing of AP invoices in several steps. After the entry, the document is scanned and forwarded for approval to the project manager(s). Positions can be copied from purchase processes or contract positions. Missing purchase processes are created automatically. If an invoice is assigned to several projects, the invoice is split in a collective invoice with partial invoices for the individual projects Purchase Processes with Several Subcontracts For more complex contracts, purchase processes can be created directly through several subcontracts Management of Barcodes and QR-Codes To improve the workflow, information on paper can be processed in the Mobile Client through one dimensional barcodes or QR codes. This enables everyone to view database information, for example to a unit of equipment or machine Partial Invoice Statement for Fixed Price Projects For more complex fixed price projects, a new report allows showing the current invoice with the previous partial invoices and the open value Transfer Wizard Posted Items In addition to the transfer wizard for posted hours and travel revenues, also posted items can now be changed or transferred Location Handling for Equipment It is now possible to move own or rented units of equipment between the warehouse and the individual project. This allows you to view at any time where the unit of equipment, the machine or the vehicle is Cash Flow Module with Details A detail view has been added to the cash flow module to be able to precisely track the calculations Breakeven Analysis and User-Defined Columns for Contracts It is now possible to calculate and represent user-defined columns with breakeven analysis elements for individual contracts Fixed Assets in Web Client and Mobile Client The assets from the Fixed Assets add-on of SAP Business One can now be viewed in the Web Client and Mobile Client Demo Web Client and Mobile Client To present the Mobile Client, a simulator has been created which enables to represent different device sizes on a Windows PC. The installation of the Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) is not required New Mobile Client Design The design of the Mobile Client has been completely changed. Now icons in SAP yellow are used Synchronization of support modules When two companies are using ProjectManagement support tickets can be transfered from one company to the other. Partners of MARINGO can forward their support tickets to MARINGO by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 4 of 70

1.13. Supported SAP Business One Versions ProjectManagement based on SAP Business One has been tested with the following versions: SAP Business One 9.0 Beta: Right now not all new functions of the 9.0 are supported. For example the bin location feature is not yet exposed in the DI-API. The new fixed asset tables will be supported as a link to Equipment data with the version SAP Business One 8.82 SP0 - SP10 SAP Business One 8.81 SP0 PL11 SAP Business One 8.80 SP0 PL21 SAP Business One 2007 SP0 PL49 SAP Business One 2007 SP1 PL17 The SBO version 9.0 offeres a new design. When the new design is selected ProjectManagement will change to this design by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 5 of 70

2. Prerecording of Documents/Multi-Project A/P Invoice The new module for the prerecording of documents is designed for two different purposes. Workflow for finding the responsible person for an A/P invoice Processing of A/P invoices for several projects 2.1. Possible Workflow The purpose of the prerecording is the central entry of new incoming A/P invoices, for example in the secretariat. A scan of the invoice is created and attached to the new prerecorded document. Then an employee is selected who is probably responsible for the project or the vendor. The responsible receives an and can view the scan of the invoice directly from the in the Web Client. In addition, the responsible person can assign a project. Or the responsible person decides to forward the document to a colleague who in turn receives an Basic Settings Document Numbering: Prerecorded documents can have different number ranges per company. For this purpose, open Basic Settings > Settings: Contracts/Purchase Processes > Document Numbering and select the document type "Prerecorded Document". The documents start automatically with 1. To define the default number range, select Basic Settings > Settings > Document Settings > Purchase Documents > Prerecorded Document > Document Numbering: Select Number Range. To create a "Scan" tab for prerecorded documents, select Basic Settings > Settings > Folders > Prerecorded Document tab. Enter "Scan" and assign authorizations for the main program and the Web Client using the context menu. Select Basic Settings > Master Data > Notification Texts and Record > New to define a text for the search class Prerecorded Document. Use amongst others the placeholder [Link (LAN)] in the text in order to enable the recipient of the notification to open the document directly from the program. To enable the notification for the responsible employee, select Basic Settings > Settings > Document Settings > Purchase Documents > Prerecorded Document > Notifications Creating a Prerecorded Document A new document can be created under Purchase Processing > Prerecorded Document > New Prerecorded Document: A/P Invoice. Only the vendor, the date, the invoice number and the value of the scanned document were recorded in the example by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 6 of 70

Then the scan was attached by drag & drop, for example from the file explorer to the document. In the next step, the document is forwarded to the probably correct employee whereby the responsible person is entered in this field. The text and the reference are sent as (via the notification settings) by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 7 of 70

2.4. Check in the Web Client You can start the Web Client directly from the hyperlink in the and the employee can view the prerecorded document directly. The user can assign the project in the Web Client. Where appropriate, the user can forward the process to another employee. For this purpose, you can click on [Change] behind Responsible in the header by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 8 of 70

2.5. Assigning Projects and Positions The A/P invoice is processed in the main program. Accordingly all positions of the invoice have to be recorded and assigned. For this purpose, either new lines can be recorded or the positions are selected from purchase orders or sales orders Assigning Project If not already done in the Web Client, the project can be preselected as a filter in the entry at the top right. In addition, one or more projects and contracts can be entered in the "Assignment" tab by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 9 of 70

2.5.2 Selection from Purchase Order or Goods Receipt (Document Position) If positions are selected for example from a goods receipt, the corresponding references are set automatically. In the field "Full-Text Search" of the search window, a text can be entered which is searched in all columns by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 10 of 70

2.5.3 Search by Purchase Processes In addition to the documents, you can search by purchase processes Search for Contract Positions If a position on the invoice should not have been ordered yet, it can be that it has already been entered in the contract. The corresponding search form "Search for Contract Positions" allows a selection by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 11 of 70

2.6. Processing of Positions In the example, positions were copied from a purchase process. The figure represents already a special case where the two axles were separately shown on the purchase order but the vendor has charged one position with both axles. Thus a position was divided and assigned separately New Positions If there are new positions on the invoice, these can be simply entered. The newly created item line is red because it still has to be entered to which contract position it belongs. In the example, there is only one fixed price so that the fixed price is predefined as a selection by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 12 of 70

If the new position, however, should be created as an item at cost, <New> can be entered so that the position can be created. The new position has to be assigned to a purchase process. If there is only one open purchase process for the selected project and the selected vendor, this purchase process is preselected More Projects When the invoice contains more positions for other projects, these can be recorded as well or can be selected from purchase orders. If no purchase process is found, the purchase processes will be created in the billing wizard by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 13 of 70

2.9. Interruption of the Processing The processing of a prerecorded document can be interrupted at any time if, for example, details to a second project are still incomplete. The document can then be reopened under Purchase Processing > Prerecorded Document > List of Prerecorded Documents Transfer of the Invoice The wizard "Create A/P Invoice" analyzes all information and adds, where appropriate, missing data. The first page lists all actions: 2012 by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 14 of 70

The wizard then creates a collective A/P invoice and partial A/P invoices for the individual projects and purchase processes by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 15 of 70

3. Purchase Processes for Several Subcontracts You can use the main contract now to create a purchase process directly which copies items from several subcontracts. In the example of hierarchical contracts, the contract Base Vehicle is selected. The new possibility can be enabled in the wizard "Create Purchase Process from Sales Contract" by selecting the option "Include also positions of subcontracts". The wizard opens a second new page which allows selecting the subcontracts by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 16 of 70

The contract column is added to the selection by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 17 of 70

4. Barcode and QR Code Processing The networking of information and the transition between different media are necessary for the success of the project. ProjectManagement based on SAP Business One focuses for a long time on the communication of the participants in the form of or messages in the application itself. It thus has become normal to find a vacation request in the inbox and to approve the vacation request in the Web Client or Mobile Client by clicking on the link in the . The transfer from paper to the individual processes is more difficult. Since years, barcodes have been used for this purpose to avoid that the user has to enter number series. Technically, a distinction is made between one-dimensional and two-dimensional barcodes. The one-dimensional codes have the advantage to take relatively little space. Therefore, always a one-dimensional barcode is added to positions of a delivery note in order to keep the list simple and clear by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 18 of 70

Two-dimensional codes (e.g., the QR code) are suitable to include more information. ProjectManagement supports the creation of one-dimensional codes and QR codes with the version 4.8. The URL (Web address) of the respective object in the Web Client or the Mobile Client application is encrypted in the QR code Fixed Assets with QR Code The number of own assets is usually added to the fixed asset master. You often have an asset in hand and would like to know when and where it was purchased. Then you open the menu item Fixed Assets in SAP Business One in order to search for the number and to find the purchase document. For each asset, ProjectManagement can now generate a QR code which includes the address of the Web Client. This means you can use your smartphone with any QR code recognition software in order to switch directly to the fixed asset master after authentication in the Mobile Client. (See example below) by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 19 of 70

4.2. QR Code Structure The QR code was invented by the Japanese company Denso Wave. The definition has been adopted in various standards, and the application is free for everyone. Only the name "QR Code" is a registered trademark of Denso Wave Reference to Own Web Server A Web address (URL) to the own Web Client and the respective record is encrypted in the QR code in ProjectManagement. Your own Web Server is defined below the Webserver field in the LAN Server and WAN Server area. If a WAN URL (wide area network) has been defined, it is used, otherwise the LAN address (local area network) is used. Then a code is used to go to the dimension (in the example Assets) and the number of the data record by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 20 of 70

4.2.2 Addition in Readable Form Below the graphic of the QR code, for example, you can display the number of the data record. Under Project Management > Administration > Reports > QR Code Setup, the additions can be defined per company. In order to print a corresponding sticker, a small form has been developed where you can show a text below the QR code so that the fixed asset number is visible. In our example, the search class "Fixed Asset Master" and then the corresponding companies are selected. A report template for the fixed asset is displayed using the <Print > button which can be customized to your own print labels by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 21 of 70

4.3. Application with any Smartphone An application to detect QR codes can be downloaded for any modern smartphone. If you hold the camera on the QR code, a Web address (URL ) is detected an the user can display the corresponding URL. Then the login screen of the Mobile Client opens and the user has to authenticate. This authentication is important to check the rights. Not all dimensions should be viewed by all users. Example: Users of the group Accounting/Controlling may see the fixed assets Users of the group Normal Users may, for example, see only support tickets but no fixed assets Customer users may, for example, see only their own support tickets It would also be technically possible to show information to the QR code without requiring the user to log on. For example, you could provide information on equipment and machines to the general public. This is currently not possible in the ProjectManagement Web Client but conceivable. The following figure shows a Samsung Galaxy SIII with a normal standard QR Code scanner App. This App recognizes that a URL is included in the code and opens the internal browser of Android by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 22 of 70

In the Mobile Client you can see information about the vendor and the activation date of the photographed asset. If you use the equipment module, it is useful to stick the QR code of the device in the database to the device because more information is saved there by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 23 of 70

4.4. QR Code in the MARINGO "Project Tools" App for iphone/ipad It has already been mentioned that the QR code with the Web address to the data record can be used with any QR code App. The QR code can be used in the mobile App from MARINGO in addition in the process. If you want to capture hours, the scan of a support ticket can be read directly Scan-Key The new version of the Project Tools App includes a button to activate the camera directly with the scan functionality. This enables you to switch from anywhere to the respective master data record. The advantage in contrast to other QR code Apps is that you need not to log on again. The scan can be used also to scan items for material requirements requests. See below by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 24 of 70

4.5. Scanning Barcode with Hardware Alternatively to the use of the camera, you can use hardware attachments on smartphones. The advantage to the camera is a faster rate of detection. A click on the key button is enough to activate the laser beam and to scan the code in fractions of a second. Example photo of company by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 25 of 70

4.6. Use of QR Code for Master Data QR codes can be used for the following dimensions to switch to the master data page from the Mobile Client: support ticket fixed assets equipment contracts sales documents purchase processes purchase documents business partners 4.7. Use of QR Code in the Process A second application option is for example the scan of an item number in a process. The Mobile Client has been extended by the functionality to create material requirements requests. This possibility has already been used for a long time in the Web Client. If a material requirements request is created with the iphone/ipad Project Tools App, a new icon for the scan button "Scan in Process" is displayed at the right bottom. In case materials have to be reordered for a project, you can read the barcodes on the materials which are already there. When a new material requirements request is created, the project number can already be scanned on the first page provided it exists as a QR code: On the second page, items can be added. A click on the button Scan in Process opens the camera as soon as a code (one-dimensional or two-dimensional) is detected by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 26 of 70

Several codes can be read directly. The list of collected numbers and the names from the item database are displayed by clicking on "Show Codes". Finally, the selected numbers are copied to the material requirements request where the quantities can be entered by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 27 of 70

5. Partial Invoice Statement For fixed price projects with several accounting terms, it is important to be able to represent the customer the billing progress. For this purpose, the report "Partial Invoice Statement" for A/R invoices has been developed. This report can already be displayed when creating a new invoice or can be printed as an attachment to the invoice. The positions area of the partial invoice statement represents all fixed price positions of the contract and the distribution to the current and the previous invoices. In addition, you can display information from the contract and to the down payments in the header by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 28 of 70

6. Transfer Wizard Posted Items ProjectManagement already contains a transfer wizard for posted hours and travel expenses revenue. New in this version is the Transfer Wizard Posted Items. To open the wizard, select Internal Processing > Transfer Wizard Posted Items. You can open the wizard also directly from the contract position of the type Item at Cost or Items at Fixed Price. Accordingly, you can open from the contract the Transfer Wizard for services and the Travel Revenues Transfer Wizard for travel expenses by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 29 of 70

7. Improvements: Contract Master 7.1. Transaction Overview For individual contract positions or purchase process positions a transaction overview can be opened by right mouse click. Now the balance has been incorporated in this window: 7.2. Sales Tax USA: Interface to ADP ProjectManagement offers our customers in the USA and Canada already interfaces to two services for the calculation of the sales tax. AVATAX of AVALERA SABRIX from the company Thomson Reuters With version an interface to ADP ( has been developed by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 30 of 70

8. Dimensions in cost accounting SAP Business One version 8.82 offers the possibility to manage five different dimensions in parallel for cost centers. In the following example the 1. dimension is still the cost center. The 4. dimension will be the industry and the 5. dimension will be the world region Basic Settings in the company master The use of the dimensions in ProjectManagement will be managed in Basic Settings > Master Data > Companies and the tab Cost Center Assignment. For each dimension in SAP Business One the visibility in ProjectManagement and the usage for the document creation can be defined. In the example the setting defines to overwrite the standard settings in each contract position. The industry will be defined by project business unit and the world region will be defined by each project Cost center determination Based on the settings in the last column the cost center for each dimension will be determind. When the cost center field is empty in the contract position, the setting from the contract is used. If this field is empty, the setting from the project master and finally from the project business unit is used by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 31 of 70

8.3. Setting in the business unit In the business unit master the cost center dimensions can be defined: 8.4. Setting in the project / contract / contract position Accordingly the settings in the project or contract or contract positions can be defined. For lack of space a small popup screen can be selected to enter the settings by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 32 of 70

9. Improvements: Equipment Module The equipment management has been extended by the following areas. Storage of larger quantities of units of equipment or machines in a record Representation of the current use and the location Representation of equipment in the Web Client and Mobile Client 9.1. Quantities in Equipment With some units of equipment, for example scaffold poles or ladders, it is hard to create an individual record for each scaffold pole. It is possible with version 4.8 to specify a quantity in the creation Entry of Quantity in Details tab Taking into Account the Quantity in the Planning The Gantt chart for equipment shows accordingly the capacity of 25 scaffold poles by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 33 of 70

9.2. Assigning Equipment to Project In addition to the materials from the warehouse or the materials that are procured through the purchase process for a project, also equipment is required for a project. ProjectManagement now offers the opportunity to manage the use and the current location of equipment. The warehouse clerk can fill the document "Equipment Delivery to Project" and withdraw directly several materials. Or the withdrawal is directly created from the equipment master data form. There are two documents: Equipment Delivery to Project Return of Equipment from Project The form enables also to transfer equipment from one project to another project whereby the delivery and the return is saved in the background Creating Equipment Delivery to Project A small wizard enables you to perform different actions: Equipment Issue to Project: withdrawal of equipment from warehouse to project Return from Project: warehousing Project Change: moving equipment from one project to another Warehouse Change: moving equipment between different warehouses To open the wizard, select Order Processing > Equipment > Equipment Issue to Project, Return. Of course multiple units of equipment and machines can be assigned in one step to the project. Returning equipment is easy by opening the Equipment Delivery to Project document and checking the quantities to be returned by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 34 of 70

9.2.2 Display in Equipment Master The current location is directly displayed in the master data form: 2012 by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 35 of 70

9.2.3 Display in Category The current location is shown in abbreviated form in the category and in the list of equipment: 2012 by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 36 of 70

9.2.4 Display of Equipment in Web Client This information is displayed accordingly in the Web Client: 2012 by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 37 of 70

9.2.5 Display of Equipment in Mobile Client The Mobile Client shows the locations also under "Current Location": Note: Equipment (fixed assets) inventory transactions will not create any journal entries. The impact to the P&L is only by the depreciation of the fixed asset module by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 38 of 70

10. Info Screen Management Enhancements: Cash Flow Module The project cash flow module introduced with the version has been extended by other data sources. In addition, the detail information has been improved to track the results more easily Rule Changes The following logical rules have been changed. Because a document can be paid by the customer or the vendor only in the future, open documents which payment date lies in the past are moved to the current day. But differences between planning budget and real costs are only taken into account in the future. If for example costs in the previous month were planned with 1,000 but only 800 were spent, the difference is not shown in the previous month but is transferred to the current month. Unused costs from the planning cannot be paid in the past. Open positions non-invoiced to the customer which due date is in the past are also brought forward to today's date because the invoice to the customer can be written only today. For this purpose, the due date is considered again New Data Sources Demand Confirmation Also demand confirmations can be considered now. These are created for MRP items in the form of an order confirmation to procure the materials about the warehouse. From the perspective of the project, the use of materials from warehouse has to be considered as cash flow relevant costs. Goods Issue to Project The goods issues for the project are considered in the same step. Lines in the positions of the definition can be faded out now. This possibility can be used to deliberately not use for example G/L accounts from the cost accounting. The hidden line prevents the display of an error message for a nonassigned line by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 39 of 70

Detail View In addition to the structured representation of the cash flow, a detailed view has been realized which shows not only the time but also the details in the x-axis. The last column displays additional information, for example if an open long-overdue invoice is moved to the present day Representation of Sources For more data sources, orange arrows have been implemented to be able to check the data source: G/L accounts, travel expenses, time sheet entry: When you click on the line, the Info Screen opens. Planning Lines: When you click on the line, the Entry Statement Planning opens by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 40 of 70

Statement of Calculation Steps In the cash flow setup, you can select the option "Enable Logging". In this case, all individual steps, such as the date calculation and the selection of the tolerance days are documented and displayed in the Info column. The calculation information is written to the Information column. In the Excel export you can most easily see the details by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 41 of 70

10.2. Info Screen Management (General) Resizing Results Important note for all Info Screens Management: If you press <Ctrl><+> (plus icon on the numeric keypad), the result set can be brought to the entire form. You can go back to the view with the analyses selection and time filter by pressing <Strg><-> by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 42 of 70

Selecting Project If you open the breakeven analysis from a single project, more projects can be copied to the selection Display of Project Number, Sorting The list of projects shows also the project number now. In addition, it can be sorted by the matchcode or the project number by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 43 of 70

10.3. Info Screen Management for Contracts Info screens for contracts could already be used in previous versions of ProjectManagement. The following extensions to the contract have been made in this version: Analyses with Columns in x-axis Now, analyses that use the x-axis for different values are selectable. These analyses can be recognized by the icon with the two arrows down by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 44 of 70

User-Defined Column Definition for Contracts User-defined columns for contracts can be defined now. The setting is identical to the column definition for project analyses. Only the selectable source types have been specially rebuilt for the contract analyses by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 45 of 70

2012 by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 46 of 70

User-Defined Column Definition for Breakeven Analysis Lines Also the breakeven analysis for contracts can now be combined with the column definition. Please note that only data sources from ProjectManagement can be used for contracts. Costs from the accounting, which are determined by means of the project code, cannot be selected because these are not distinguished by individual contracts by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 47 of 70

10.4. Breakeven Analysis with Freely Definable SQL Statement The breakeven analysis receives its lines by different predefined data sources. Now two new sources were created that can use freely definable queries. Two forms are distinguished: Values of periodic SQL statements: Real costs or revenues are loaded from SQL tables which are considered in the calculation and the totals. The calculation of totals requires revenues with negative sign and cost with positive sign. For User Defined SQL Statements, deliver revenue negative. Factor of periodic SQL statements: The factor can be used as an intermediate result for a multiplication with another line. The results of the factors are not taken into account in the totals. The SQL statement must return two columns "Period" and "PeriodValue" for each considered month. The following placeholders can be used for the WHERE condition: [%0] for the respective project and for the selected periods [%1] and [%2] by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 48 of 70

10.5. Print on multiple pages The calculated results from the info screen management can have many columns. 12 monthes with two columns each will not fit on one page. ProjectManagement contains a new feature to group the results in several pages and repeating the left columns. A new sub menu ni the context menu Print will open a new setting screen: 2012 by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 49 of 70

The setting screen will allow to change the font size and the size of each column. With the save button the settings can be reused by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 50 of 70

11. Fixed Asset Master: Information The original SAP add-on "Fixed Assets" enables to manage fixed assets and to calculate depreciations. If this module is used, user-defined tables are created. ProjectManagement can now display some selected data from the fixed asset master Display in Main Program A small master data form is displayed under Master Data > ERP System > Fixed Asset Master: Display in Web Client Fixed assets can also be accessed in the Web Client by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 51 of 70

11.3. Display in Mobile Client 2012 by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 52 of 70

12. DEMO Web Client A new program has been realized to present the functionalities of the Web Client and Mobile Client for example on laptops. It is no longer necessary to install the Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) on the laptop. Some devices are offered which differ mainly in the size of the display. Some Apple devices offer with the retina display a double resolution, for example 1536x2048 instead of 768x1024 for the ipad 3. Because the pixels are twice as tight, the same display results as without the retina display. The following device resolutions are supported: Apple iphone 3/4: 320x480 pixels Apple iphone 5: 640x1136 cut in half=320x568 pixels Samsung Galaxy S3: 720x1280 cut in half=360x640 pixels Apple iphone 1/2: 768x1024. The new ipad (ipad3) has the double resolution, thus halved the same again. The same applies to the ipad Mini which has the same resolution as the ipad 1/2. The connection to the ProjectManagement database is set analog to the Web client with the ProjectManagement Administrator, which can be started by pressing the button < Server Connection >. If no connection has been set, the Demo Web Site " will be displayed by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 53 of 70

Device View By clicking on one of the possible devices, a small simulator opens that displays the Mobile Client in the size of the selected device. The mobile version is displayed only if the logged on employee has a corresponding license. A small context menu enables to turn the device to the right. The display "upside down" is not supported by iphones. A click on the home button leads back to the logon screen Use of the Web Clients (without IIS) In addition to the Mobile Clients, also the Web Client can be presented via the demo browser. The current local browser is started using the <Default Web Browser > button. The new program eliminates the challenge on the demo laptops to install the Microsoft Internet Information Server Download Download the software here: by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 54 of 70

13. Improvements: Web Client Document Presentation in Web Client The presentation of a document in the Web Client has been changed and adapted to the structure in SAP Business One: Favorites in the time sheet entry can be sorted. Under Data Entry > Time Sheet Entry Favorites, the own entries of the favorites for the time sheet entry can be sorted. There is still the ability to manually change the order in the last column Hyperlink to Master Data If you wanted to send a reference to a support ticket or knowledge base item by , it was not possible to copy the link address via the context menu of the respective browser because the address was encrypted. It is now possible to determine the public link via the globe icon in the respective master data form or edit form by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 55 of 70

13.4. Checking Out Documents from Folder Document in the folder can now be checked out and then modified in the local file system. After the change the user can upload the new file and post a comment: 2012 by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 56 of 70

14. New Design in Mobile Client The Mobile Client has got a new design. The basic color is SAP yellow and all icons have been adjusted accordingly Login Screen, Main Manu 2012 by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 57 of 70

14.2. Master Data and Data Entry Version in hebrew The moblie client will now support right to left for the hebrew language by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 58 of 70

15. Improvements: Reports Representation of Quantity to be Invoiced in Time Sheet Entry Journal Invoiced hours were not shown when printing time sheet entry journals or project entry journals if the entry of invoicable hours for employees was disabled under Basic Settings -> Settings -> Company -> Settings: Time Sheet Entry. Thus the invoicable hours could be printed only when it was also possible to record invoicable hours. Now it is no longer checked for this setting but for the user specific setting under Administration -> User Administration -> Authorization Settings -> Acc Level -> Inv. Hours. Only if the option "Inv. Hours" is ticked and thus the hours can be analyzed, then the inv. hours for this user are displayed Folio Numbers For the country localizations in Chile, Costa Rica, Guatemala and Mexico, SAP Business One offers the opportunity to print so-called folio numbers. With these numbers, each paper printout is numbered consecutively to print an invoice not twice. This functionality is now reproduced in ProjectManagement. Before printing, the system asks for the requested number: The number is confirmed after printing: The selected folio number is displayed in the SAP Business One A/R invoice by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 59 of 70

The number is displayed accordingly in the journal entry and in the printout. If several document should be created, the starting number can be entered in the billing wizard. The documents are marked which should receive folio numbers: After printing, the numbers are confirmed: 2012 by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 60 of 70

16. Synchronization Support Desk If several companies use ProjectManagement and both use the support desk, it can be useful to synchronize tickets between the companies. To explain this possibility, we use an example with two companies: company A and company B. Company A Company B Prerequisites A synchronization requires that both companies have a publicly available Web server. The MARIWebService (SOAP service) must be installed on the Web servers. Company A SQL Server External Web Server accessible via SRVSQLFIMR1 SRVWAN1 A business partner for company B has to be defined in company A. Support products have been defined in company A: solar modules, software and more A user with password has to be defined in company A in order that company B can log on. Company B SQL Server External Web Server accessible via PARIS10 PARIS34 Accordingly a business partner must have been defined for the company A. Support products have been defined in company B: Module for solar and applications A user with password has to be defined in company B in order that company A can log on. As both companies have different products and customers, the logical elements have to be connected. For this purpose, there is a mapping. The master transfers its master data to the slave. The slave can connect the master data with its own data. Sample products: Company B = Master Company A = Slave modules for solar --> solar modules applications --> software by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 61 of 70

Sample Priorities: Company B = Master Company A = Slave Bug --> Bug Important --> High Settings in Company A = Slave Define the data for the respective partner under Master Data > Support > Synchronization of Support Desks. The test button checks the connection and displays the version number of the other Web service. Please note to enter in the database which should be the slave, the partner who is the master. Matchcode: Flag of the partner who is displayed in the tickets. External Partner ID: The number used in the synchronization settings for the other database. Enter in the first step a number and replace it when it has been defined in the other database. ERP Company/ERP Address: Enter the business partner representing the partner in your database. Partner Web Service: Enter the address and access data of the other server. For this purpose, a user must have been defined as described before. Active: You can disable the synchronization at any time if you do not want to receive support tickets. Mapping Master/Mapping Slave: Define here which status the "other" should have in the in synchronization. Now assign the following information to your partner: The external partner ID is (record number of the partner record). The user data for the partner are: CompanyB Password: ********* My URL is: Master/Slave: My company A is the slave from the perspective of company B by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 62 of 70

16.3. Settings in Company B = Master After the settings have been made, the following has to be communicated to the administrator of company A: The external partner ID is (record number of the partner record). The user data for the partner are: TicketSyncUser Password: ********* My URL is: Master/Slave: My company B is the master from the perspective of company A by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 63 of 70

16.4. Preparing Mapping in Company B (Master) The basic settings (priorities, support tickets etc. ) have to be transferred to the partner in company B Setting in Company A = Slave The settings transferred from the master (company B) have to be mapped now. For this purpose, the tab "Link" appears in the master data form. The individually adjustable settings need to be linked here: support ticket status support types priorities More links are made in the Web Client if the dimension is used. If for example a ticket is transferred from company B to company A which belongs to product P1, this product has to be assigned accordingly in company A. This has to be done only once. The same applies to customers. Customers in company B have to be assigned in company A by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 64 of 70

16.6. Transferring a Ticket in the Web Client from B to A Forwarding a ticket recorded in company B After setting the synchronization partner, a new menu item "Synchronize with Company A" appears: After the transfer, the ticket number is displayed in the other system Notification in Company A Via the basic settings, a notification can be sent for example to a support group of the selected project if a ticket is received by company B by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 65 of 70

Processing in Company A In company A, the back reference to the original ticket is displayed on the ticket. If for example a ticket for a customer is transferred between the partners which has not been transferred before, then "...unmapped values" is displayed. These tickets can be handled directly in a small window. The products, modules and versions can be assigned. By clicking on "Resync", all activities for the support ticket are synchronized with the partner. The partner can then in turn get a notification by to be informed about the change by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 66 of 70

17. Others Favorites in the Search Form To simply reuse elements from the search screen users can create their own favorites in all search forms. The user can drag and drop one element to the left and store the element under a favorite name. Alternative the user can use the context menu to include the element in the favorites. Some search screens allow to select multiple lines, there also multiple lines can be stored 2012 by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 67 of 70

18. MARI Tools: MARI Tools is another software solution from MARINGO Computers. MARI Tools has been developed so that customers who do not want to use ProjectManagement or do not have project-oriented business, can use some module of ProjectManagement. MARI Tools and ProjectManagement can not be operated at the same time Modules in MARI Tools MARI Tools includes several modules that can be purchased individually: ELO Interface: Interface to ELO Professional/ELO Enterprise Document Management System. Cost Center Planning Representation of costs or revenues based on cost centers or project codes in a clear info screen. Representation of costs or revenues to a G/L account structured by cost center or project code. Cost Center Planning Breakeven Analysis on Cost Center Level Commission Accounting: Commissions can be paid to sales employees based on received payments from A/R invoices Installation Only two files are required for the installation of MARI Tools. MARIToolsAddOn.ard: Installation setup for SAP Business One MARIToolsAddOnSetup.exe: Installation program which is installed by SAP Business One. The add-on requires additional files for the further initialization. For this purpose, you can download the latest version of MARI Tools from the Internet or start the file MARIToolsSetup.exe. MARIToolsSetup.exe: second part of the installation program The second part installs all other components and creates the necessary tables. Automatic Download and Start of Installation (recommended): This option enables to download automatically the latest version of MARI Tools from After downloading the installation files, the installation will start automatically. Download of Installation Files from MARINGO Homepage: If the automatic download is not possible (for example if a proxy is used), then a browser window can be opened, to download the file MARIToolsSetup.exe from the Internet. After downloading the file, the third option has to be used to select the file MARIToolsSetup.exe manually from the download directory. Select MARIToolsSetup.exe from Folder or Share: This option enables to select an already existing MARIToolsSetup.exe and to start the installation. If the administrator has saved the file in a share, not all clients need to download the file. Later updates of MARI Tools are distributed automatically by MARICopy to all clients User Guide A user guide to MARI Tools has been created which explains in detail the functionality and the installation by MARINGO Computers GmbH, Köln Page 68 of 70
