RoboTool innovative automation since 1997 Since 1997, RoboTool A/S has specialized in the development and production of robot-based solutions. We cover the following segments: Metalworking and industry, wood and plastics, and food and pharmaceuticals. Our robotic solutions are primarily based on the products from two of the world s leading manufacturers of industrial robots: ABB and Güdel. We have a partnership agreement with ABB and import and integrate Güdel robots in Scandinavia. RoboTool is located in Vejen, just off the E20 motorway. Our professional staff, possess extensive skills in the areas of concept development, project management, and advanced programming as well as more hands-on skills such as the production, testing, and installation of robot cells. All products are commissioned and tested on RoboTool s premises prior to installation at the customer s site, to minimize disruption of the customer s production at the final installation and commissioning. These parts are the cornerstones of RoboTool s turnkey solutions. We are partners with two of the world s leading manufacturers of industrial robots, ABB and Güdel, and in general we use some of the best components in the market. Should you, however, wish us to use brands from other robotmanufacturers, we also benefit from our extensive experience in developing tools and software for robots from a wide range of manufacturers. RoboTool develops robotic tools and software in-house in our workshops and development departments. Every robotcell is tested at Robo Tool prior to delivery, and as a part of the complete solution we provide our customers personnel with training to operate the robotcell correctly. We only use high-end products as well as thoroughly-tested robotic tools and software in our turnkey solutions, which of course include followup and service. Service agreements are available at various levels dependent on customer needs. With a RoboTool service agreement you are guaranteed systematic and appropriate maintenance of your robot cells, including the robot, robot tools, peripheral equipment, and software updates. Preventative maintenance reduces expensive downtime and minimises wear and tear. Should you be unfortunate enough to experience problems with your robot, RoboTool has developed a complete service package that can minimise the consequences of any eventual downtime.
