Legal advocacy also includes court accompaniment and support and assistance in obtaining protective orders. We provide counseling services in English and Spanish for ages 3 on up. Counseling services are provided for both survivors and significant others, as well as individuals, couples, and families. We also provide prevention education and professional trainings. We provide a variety of services to families raising children with serious emotional challenges and adhere to the values of Family-Driven care. Family-Driven care means that we deliver support and services with compassion, seeking first to strengthen family bonds, while encouraging parent empowerment and participation in every aspect of their child s care. We offer comprehensive assistance, support, advocacy, and education services and, last year, FamiliesETC helped over 400 families and youth through these and other critical support programs and services. Our Programs and Services include: Professional Wraparound, Project Success Program, DCFS System of Care (SOC), Parent Mentoring, Peer Mentoring, and Resource Center & Diaper Bank.
