4 Summary of Solicitation Performance Period: One (1) year from date of contract award Four (4) One year Options Anticipated award/start date: April, 2012 The award will be for a fixed-unit-price contract as detailed in Section III Price Schedule Terms and Conditions of the Solicitation are not negotiable in any material way

5 Proposal Requirements Proposals are due on March 12, 2012 by 2:00 PM local time at the address indicated on the solicitation Price is only one of several criteria i upon which h proposals will be evaluated. Refer to Section X, Attachment 02, Evaluation Criteria and Proposal Submission Requirements

6 Proposal Submissions Part 1 Representation Package Submit an original and one (1) copy of the following documents: Solicitation Offer and Award Page Representations and Certifications, Section IV Special Provisions, Use of Contract by Other Jurisdictions, Section VI * Failure to extend a contract to any participating Jurisdiction will have no effect on consideration of proposals

7 Proposal Submissions Part 2 Price Proposal Submit an original and one (1) copy of the following documents: Price Schedule, Section III Price Schedule, Section III Exhibit D1

8 Proposal Submissions Part 3 Technical Proposal Submit an original and Six (6) copies Submit on typewritten 8 ½ x 11 plain white paper. Font size shall be at least 12 point. Font size on diagrams and figures shall be at least 10 points. The font print shall be Arial or Times New Roman. Page Margins shall be at least 1. Each page shall be numbered with the section number and page number. Assemble in a three ring binder or staple. No other binding methods are acceptable. Do not exceed seventy five (75), double-spaced, d single sided d pages. Exhibits and samples of previous work are not included in the 75-page limit. Each section has a suggested page limit to provide guidance to the Offerors. These limits are not requirements although the total page limit of seventy five (75) is a requirement. Address the evaluation criteria i in the order they are presented.

10 Scope of Services The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (the Airports Authority) requires a Managed Security Services Contractor to provide a best-of-breed managed security monitoring service and real-time incident response solution that delivers truly proactive protection services to the Airports Authority internetworking environment.
