1 ClearData Custom Products & Services Farmers Insurance 2015 The ClearData process has been customized for Farmers. We leverage our years of experience working with Farmers Insurance to deliver targeted prospects that fit Farmers appetite. ClearData offers both software and services solutions to the Farmers agent. ClearData s web-based commercial marketing software RelEvent is widely used by many agents to manage their prospecting activities. In addition to RelEvent, ClearData offers our revenue-generating commercial appointment setting service, a FREE BOSS Lead service and an AMP Commercial Mailer follow-up service. Let s begin by taking a look at the RelEvent software, because we use it ourselves when we conduct our appointment setting service, and it is important to understand how it works. RelEvent Software RelEvent Base System - $49 per month $24.50 after Cost Share RelEvent Base System w/x-dates - $99 per month $49.50 after Cost Share To purchase go to the Farmers Agency Marketing To use the software, the agent begins by defining a profile. To do this, the agent: Sets geographic area, by selecting cities (no limit) Selects the business types (no limit) Selects the x-date range to view Once the profile is set the software automatically pulls together all the businesses in the defined geographic region that are coming up for renewal in the time frame specified. From here the agent can view the prospect pool, generate marketing literature, make phone calls, add notes, set follow up reminders and track and manage their own prospecting activity.

To use the software as part of the appointment setting service, the agent begins by defining a profile. To do this, the agent: Sets geographic area, by selecting cities (no limit) Selects the business types (no limit) ClearData sets the x-date range at days from renewal The RelEvent software will automatically pull together all those business, in that geographic area, that are coming up for renewal over the timeframe specified. Once the prospect pool has been generated we ask the agent to review the pool and flag any prospects that we should avoid, like current customers, for example. From here we then call the targeted businesses to generate appointments. When we make these calls, we use the agency name and the agent name in order to provide a seamless experience for the prospect, and to promote the agency and agent as broadly as possible. During our call we screen the prospect using a questionnaire developed with Farmers Insurance. ClearData is the only service provider in the industry that employs the use of an exclusive Farmers questionnaire. When ClearData schedules an appointment, the details, including the date and time of the appointment, are provided in an to the agent. The agent makes an introductory call to the prospect and then attends the appointment on the designated day and time. Additional notes and details about the prospect that were collected by ClearData while setting the appointment can be accessed by the agent in their RelEvent account. 3 FREE BOSS Lead Service BOSS Business Owner Leads FREE Service No charge unless we develop a lead for you $39 per BOSS lead developed - $19.50 after Cost Share To purchase go to the Farmers Agency Marketing Store With the ClearData BOSS lead service, the agent sends us their BOSS lead list in an Excel spreadsheet, and we place the calls between 5pm and 7:30pm in the agent s time zone. We screen each prospect that we speak with to determine their interest level in Farmers commercial products and services. During these calls, we often encounter prospects interested in Farmers life, health and financial products. All of the opportunities that ClearData cultivates during these calls are passed along to the agent. When we make these calls, we use the agency name and the agent name in order to provide a seamless experience for the customer, and to promote the agency and agent as broadly as possible. When we have completed the agent s BOSS lead service, we send the agent a report complete with the results of every BOSS contact including all the notes and information we gathered on each call. The BOSS leads we have developed are highlighted on the report for easy identification and follow up. Our statistics show that between 10%-15% of your BOSS leads do own a business and do want to hear what you and Farmers can do for them.

Or our leads can be used. The agent is provided a secure login to our web-based marketing platform, RelEvent. The Agency Marketing commercial leads are loaded into the agent s secure web-based RelEvent account. Loading the Agency Marketing commercial leads into the agent s RelEvent account enables ClearData to efficiently manage the calling and data collection processes. It also enables the agent to monitor the progress of the ClearData service and follow the action with 24/7 access to notes and activity. ClearData then begins making the calls to the Agency Marketing commercial leads that have received a mailer to generate appointments. When we make these calls, we use the agency name and the agent name in order to provide a seamless experience for the prospect, and to promote the agency and agent as broadly as possible. During the calls we gather as much information as possible, such as correct contact names, x-dates, addresses, etc. This updated information is recorded in the agent s RelEvent account. When ClearData schedules an appointment, the details are provided in an to the agent. The agent makes an introductory call to the prospect and then attends the appointment on the designated day and time. Additional notes and details about the prospect that were collected by ClearData while setting the appointment can be accessed by the agent in their RelEvent account.
