Lifetime maintenance of system to include labor, material, and travel charges for the life of the contract. C. All remote programming changes at no additional cost to the customer. D. School District is looking for pricing based on equal annual payments that cover all installation and service costs over a five or ten year term (no up front costs). Use of third party financing is allowed. E. System must include smart phone interface that allows subscriber to arm and disarm system remotely using a smart phone app. F. System must include capability to send s and texts messages to multiple users immediately when the system is armed and disarmed including the name of the user. G. System to be wired with plenum cable. All wiring must be home run to main control, with one circuit per detection device (wireless devices, multiple devices on one circuit or the use of point modules are prohibited). Wireless devices will be allowed on the closed buildings using the RSI Video alarm systems. H. 24 Hour monitoring of all detection devices, hold up, video or trouble alarms must be by a local central monitoring station under the control and owned by the bidding company and be available for inspection if requested (third party monitoring or subcontracting of monitoring is prohibited). I. All installation and service personnel must be full time employees of bidding company (1099, part time, and sub contractor employees are prohibited). J. Bidding Company must have in place a drug testing policy for all employees that include pre-hire drug testing and ongoing random or annual post hire drug testing for all employees. L. All employees of bidding company must have passed a state of Michigan background check as required by Michigan Department Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (MDLARA). M. Annual cost to include the equal amount per year or the contract the school district will pay for installation, monitoring, maintenance, and any financing fees, with the first year paid in advance at the completion of the project and paid annually in advance in the remaining years of the contract. The school district is not looking to pay any fee for installation of the systems upfront. 1.1 Manufacturer A. The manufacturer shall have at least thirty (30) years of experience in the role of fire and security control manufacturing, and a proven track record of forward and backward compatibility for a minimum of twenty (20) years for its product s auxiliary devices, including system keypads, annunciation devices, zone expansion modules, and addressable detection devices. B. The manufacturer must also manufacture receiving equipment that is compatible with standard dial-up telephone lines and network monitoring equipment that is compatible with a LAN, WAN, Internet, and integrated GPRS Cellular Communications. The receiving equipment shall be capable of receiving all status and alarm messages generated by the system. The receiving equipment shall be capable of updating the panel operating program and the system date and time. 1.2 Installer A. The installing company shall show proof of having regular experience with design, installation, service, and maintenance of systems similar in scope and size for a minimum of the last twelve (12) calendar months from the project start date. B. Contractor must have a minimum six fulltime install and/or service personnel with manufacturer certification for installation, service, and system maintenance of the specified product. Certification shall be proven with an official document issued by the manufacturer.

2 Page 2 C. Contractor must have a minimum six fulltime install and/or service personnel with a State of Michigan Fire Alarm Specialty Technician (FAST) license. Licensing shall be proven by providing copy of licenses. D. The installing company shall provide a minimum of 4 (four) verifiable references from its clients where similar systems of this size and number of buildings have been installed within the last twenty four (24) calendar months from the project start date. E. The installing company shall furnish and install a complete electrically supervised Digital Monitoring Products XT50 Series Panel (or comparable), as detailed in this specification. The system shall be inclusive of all necessary function, monitoring, and control capability as detailed herein and on accompanying shop drawings. F. The installing company shall become familiar with all details of the work, verify all dimensions in the field, and shall advise the school district of any discrepancy before performing the work. Materials shall be installed in strict compliance with local building codes. All work shall be performed in accordance with Digital Monitoring Products, Inc. instructions. Associated components must be installed and serviced by a dealer in good standing that is factory-trained by Digital Monitoring Products. 1.3 Central Reporting Station A. The central reporting station contractor must have under its control a local central reporting station located in Saginaw, Bay, Genesee or Midland Counties, with the capability to monitor the Digital Monitoring Products XT50, the existing Honeywell panels in the building with upgraded system, and RSI Video alarm systems, to be installed in the closed buildings. B. The Central Reporting station must have a minimum of a primary and a backup receiver for each system type. C. The actual alarm signal receipt and processing is a significant portion of the scope of work. Third party and/ or contract stations are not permitted. D. The contractor must have a valid State Contractors License for security and fire alarms. A copy of licenses shall be attached as part of this bid package. E. The contractor may be required to monitor a portion of the alarm systems by way of the end user data network. F. The Contractor shall become familiar with all work details, verify all dimensions in the field, and shall advise the Architect of any discrepancy before performing the work. G. The end user shall not incur any central station setup charges by the contractor to receive alarm signals by way of the end user data network Requirements A. Furnish and install a complete Intrusion Detection with the performance criteria detailed in this specification. The system shall be inclusive of all necessary functions, monitoring, and control capability as detailed herein and on accompanying Shop drawings. B. This specification document provides the requirements for the installation, programming, and configuration of a complete Command Processor Panel. This system shall include, but not be limited to: Control Panel DMP-XT50 or DMP Fire Rated Panel only Integrated Cellular Communications Phone Jack System cabinet Power supply Digital Signaling Line Circuits (SLC) Annunciator/keypad bus Batteries Plenum Wiring

3 Page 3 Conduit Associated peripheral devices Other relevant components and accessories required to furnish and install a complete and operational addressable reporting Life Safety System. 2.2 Standards The system shall be listed as a Power Limited Device and be listed under the standards in the table. Each system shall be supplied with complete details on all installation criteria necessary to meet all of the listings. If sheet steel is used in the fabrication of enclosures, it shall be not less than an 18-gauge door with a 20-gauge box frame. Where exposed pins, the hinges shall be of the tight pin type or the ends of hinge pins shall be tack welded to prevent ready removal. Doors having a latch edge length of less than 24 inches shall be provided with a single lock. 2.4 Electronic Components A. All system electronic components shall be solid-state type, mounted on printed circuit boards. Light duty relays and similar switching devices shall be solid-state type or electromechanical. B. The panel shall have an over current notification LED that lights when devices connected to the Keypad Bus draw more current than the panel is rated for. When the over current LED lights up, the Keypad bus shuts down. 2.5 Control Unit A. A battery test shall be automatically performed to test the integrity of the standby battery. The test shall disconnect the standby battery from the charging circuit and place a load on the battery. This test shall be performed no more than every hour. B. The control unit shall be capable of operating and supervising notification appliance devices as well as addressable initiating detection devices, integrated wireless receiver, integrated cellular communicator, and integrated network communications. C. Control unit must be Flash ROM updatable, and program must be held in non-volatile RAM. D. Control Panel shall have the ability for integrated built-in Network Communications, GPRS Cellular Communications, using a 3gig or 4 gig connection (2 gig communications are prohibited). 2.6 Test Modes A. The system shall include a provision that permits testing from any alphanumeric keypad. The test shall include standby battery, alarm bell or siren, and communication to the central station. B. The system shall include a provision for an automatic, daily, weekly, thirty (30) day, or up to sixty (60) day communication link test from the control panel installation site to the central

4 Page 4 station. The communication test shall be capable of separately testing over dial up, network, and or cellular communication paths. C. The system shall include a provision for displaying the internal system power and wiring conditions. Internal monitors shall include the bell circuit, AC power, battery power, panel box tamper, phone trouble, and network trouble. 2.7 Power Supplies A. Power supplies for the control unit shall operate from 120 VAC, supplied by the school district at the respective protected areas. Standby batteries shall be supplied to power the system in the event of a utility power failure. Batteries shall be sized to provide 105% capacity for eight hours. Standby batteries shall be sealed lead-acid. Power supplies shall be all Solid State. B. Controls shall be designed to maintain full battery charge when alternating current is available. Batteries shall be recharged to 85% capacity within 24 hours from battery use. The system shall be automatically transferred to battery power upon loss of alternating current power and return to alternating current power upon restoration. Intrusion alarms shall not be initiated during switch over; a signal shall be initiated upon failure of battery or alternating current power. C. Approved power supplies shall meet or exceed the following power supply model specifications: UL Listed DMP : 12VDC 5 amp with transformer and enclosure. 2.8 Control Panel Capability The basic control panel shall provide: Expansion to a total of at least 99 user codes. Eight (8) independent door/keypad addresses, each with four zones. Event buffer of at least 200 events. A total of at least 4 programmable hardwired and 8 wireless output relays. Six (6) reporting areas. Built-in bell and telephone cord connection supervision. 3.0 FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTIONS 3.1 System Description A. The system areas and zones shall be programmable, and the system shall store, log, display, and transmit specific custom designations for system areas, zones, and user names. B. The system controller, user interfaces, zone input devices, relay output devices, and the system signal receiving equipment shall be engineered, manufactured, assembled, and must be distributed from a location within the United States of America. C. The system shall be completely programmable either locally from a keypad or remotely through a standard dial-up, and network connections by way of a LAN, WAN, and/or by way of the Internet D. The system shall support user interaction by way of a keypad, web browser, system software, key switch, or radio frequency wireless control, using integrated or auxiliary devices provided by the system manufacturer. E. The system shall support controller zone input connections, system keypads, system zone expansion modules, and wireless zone input modules, and must support zone input connections by way of at least two competitive products. The system shall offer a seamless integrated compatibility with hardwire and/ or wireless zone expansion equipment for at least 48 wireless zones and/ or a maximum of 30 hardwired zones. F. System relay outputs shall have the capability of being triggered as a result of a command from the user interface, changes in system status, changes in zone status, or by a programmable schedule.

5 Page 5 G. System relay output states shall be programmable for momentary, maintained, pulsed, or must follow the state of an associated system zone input. H. The control unit shall be completely programmable remotely using remote annunciators, and/ or using upload/ download software that communicates using SDLC 300 baud or IP Addressed data network. 3.2 Input/Output Capacity A. This system shall be capable of monitoring a maximum of 50 individual zones and controlling a maximum of 12 output relays. B. The control panel shall have, as an integral part of the assembly, four open collector outputs rated at 50mA each or 4 Form C relays using the Model 860 module, or 8 wireless relays. 3.3 User/Authorization Level Capacity The system shall be capable of operation by 99 unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) codes with each code having one (1) of four user profiles Standard, Limited, Scheduled & Master. This allows for limitation of certain functions to authorized users. The operation of all keypads shall be limited to authorized users. The Control Communicator shall be capable of transmitting up to sixteen characters for the user s name to the central station receiver. 3.4 Keypads A. The system shall support a maximum of eight (8) keypads with alphanumeric display. Each keypad shall be capable of arming and disarming any system area based on a pass code or Proximity key authorization. The keypad alphanumeric display shall provide complete prompt messages during all stages of operation and system programming and display all relevant operating and test data. B. Communication between the control panel and all keypads and zone expanders shall be multiplexed over a non-shielded multi-conductor cable, as recommended by the manufacturer. This cable shall also provide the power to all keypads, zone expanders, output expanders, and other power consuming detection devices. C. If at any time a keypad does not detect polling, the alphanumeric display shall indicate "SYSTEM TROUBLE". If at any time a keypad detects polling but not for its particular address, the alphanumeric display shall indicate "NON POLLED ADDR". The system shall display all system troubles at selected keypads with distinct alphanumeric messages. D. The keypad shall include self-test diagnostics enabling the installer to test all keypad functions: display test, key test, zone test, LED test, relay test, tone test, and address test. E. The keypad shall provide an easy-to-read English text display. The text shall exactly match the text seen in all software reports, keypad displays, and central station reports. F. The keypad user interface shall be a simple-to-use, menu-driven help system that is completely user friendly. 3.5 Zone Configuration A. Each zone shall function in any of the following configurations: Night, Day, Exit, Fire, Supervisory, Emergency, Panic, Auxiliary 1, Auxiliary 2, Fire Verification, Cross Zone, Priority, and Key Switch Arming. B. The keypad bus shall be able to operate at a maximum wiring distance of 2500 feet from the control panel on unshielded, non-twisted cable. This distance may be extended to a total of 15,000 feet when bus repeater modules are installed.

6 Page Communication A. The system shall be capable of signaling to two remote monitoring station receivers, two telephone numbers of 32 digits each using telephone network lines such that if two unsuccessful attempts are made on the first number, the system shall make two attempts on the second number. If these two attempts are unsuccessful, the system shall make two further attempts on the first line of the first number. After the tenth unsuccessful attempt, dialing shall stop. Should another event occur that requires a report to be transmitted, the dialing sequence shall be repeated. The system shall have a programmable option to dial a second set of telephone numbers after the first ten attempts using the same sequence. B. The system shall be capable of communication using the IBM Synchronous Data Link Control format, and at least one other standard industry format. C. The system shall be capable of supporting Network communication with digital dialer backup, existing Ethernet data networks, satellite communication, fiber optic networks, local area networks, wide area networks, cellular communication, and retail data networks. 3.7 Integrated Cellular Communication A. The control panel shall have the capability of integrated or plug-in add-on GPRS or CDMA Cellular communications. B. The control panel shall have the capability of back up or primary cellular communications via integrated or plug in add on cellular module fully powered by the control panel without the need for an external power supply or enclosure. 3.8 Integrated /SMS Communication A. The control panel shall have the ability to communicate messages over a digital or GPRS network to private and SMS accounts with the following information: Zone Alarms by Zone Name Zone Troubles by Zone Name Zone Bypass by User Disarming (Opening) by User Arming (Closings) by User Late to Close AC Power Trouble and Restoral System Low Battery and Restoral Ambush Abort, Cancel, and Alarm Verified by User Check-in by User User Inactivity 3.9 Integrated Smart Phone App A. 7 Page FALSE ALARM REDUCTION FEATURES The system shall be capable of providing false alarm reduction features, functions, capabilities, or processes that either require alarms be verified or potential alarms be corrected before a system or zone can be placed into an armed state. The system must meet ANSI/UL CP False Alarm Reduction requirements. 4.1 Exit Error Alert and Reporting The panel shall be able to provide an automatic function to prevent a false alarm from occurring if an exit door does not properly close after the system is armed. 4.2 Entry and Exit Delay Annunciation A. When arming, the system shall provide clear annunciation indicators to the user about the need to exit the premises prior to the exit delay time expiring. B. When disarming, the system shall notify the user the need to disarm the system prior to the entry delay time expiring. 4.3 Remote Annunciation The system shall be able to provide entry and exit delay time period notification. This notification can be from DMP keypads, remote annunciators, or bell tests. 4.4 Cancel Reporting The system shall be capable of sending a Cancel report to the central station if the system is disarmed while the alarm is still sounding. The Cancel report shall be sent after the alarm report to notify the central station that an authorized user has cancelled the alarm that was received. 4.5 System Testing The system shall offer testing features that are simple, quick, and complete and provide the highest measure of safety by ensuring that alarm conditions are detected and communicated to the proper authorities in a timely manner and on a regularly scheduled basis. 4.6 Cross-Zoning Protection The system shall support cross-zoning as a means of requiring two device trips to occur within a short period of time before sounding an alarm and sending an alarm report to the central station. Supported device trips shall be from one device that trips two times, or from two devices that each trip once. 4.7 Recently Armed Report The system shall be capable sending a System Recently Armed report, along with a zone alarm report, to the central station any time an alarm occurs within five minutes of the system arming. The System Recently Armed report allows the central station operator to follow a "call the subscriber first" procedure instead of immediately dispatching the police to what could be a false alarm. 4.8 Transmit Delay The system shall be capable of programming the panel to wait up to 60 seconds before sending burglary alarm reports to the central station. If an alarm is accidental, the user shall be able to disarm the system within the programmed Transmit Delay time. An Abort report shall be sent in place of an alarm report after the system disarms. During the alarm, sirens and panel relay outputs shall not be delayed and shall still provide local condition annunciation. 4.9 Call Waiting Cancel The system shall be capable of being programmed to cancel call waiting any time the panel dials the receiver number to send a report.

8 Page Cancel/Verify The system shall be capable of sending either a Cancel Report or Verify Report to the Central Station to signify that the end user has canceled an alarm or Verified an alarm condition. 5.0 All Initiating Devices are to be Hard-wired Hard-wired detection equipment shall communicate to the system by way of the control panel loop expansion bus. The equipment shall have a life time warranty and meet or exceed features offered in the following products: Motion Detector Visonic SRN2000 (no substitutions) Door Contact magnetic reed switch only (no substitutions) 6.0 INSTALLATION 6.1 System Component Installation A. When used in NFPA 72 compliant installations, the Intrusion Detection/ Door Control or Household Fire Warning System shall be on an electrical circuit dedicated branch in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). B. Materials shall be installed in strict compliance with all local, state, county, province, district, federal and other applicable building, safety, and fire standards, laws, codes, regulations, and guidelines including, but not limited to, all appendices and amendments and the requirements of the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). C. All wire is to be plenum rated cable, one device per circuit, with wiring home run to control box. D. All equipment shall be fully guaranteed for the life of the contract. This guarantee shall become effective from the day of installation. When in normal operation, if the equipment is found to be below manufacturer s specification, repair and replacement of equipment shall be provided. Bidder shall either stock spares or be capable of obtaining all required replacement parts within 24 hours. E. Equipment damaged by vandalism, acts of God, building occupants, or stolen during hours when building is occupied, shall be replaced or repaired at client request and expense within twenty-four (24) hours. Current vendor will default the panels back to factory lock out code with current zone information in place, and provide and release the serial numbers on existing GSM unit. Successful bidder will need to reprogram the Vista 128 panels and GSM units to their central monitoring center and test initiating devices. Any defects found at time of testing will be billable to the school district. Once the system is on line with the new central monitoring center all future repairs will be covered under the standard maintenance agreement. WIRELESS VIDEO VERIFIED ALARM SYSTEMS PART 1 GENERAL The intent of this document is to specify the minimum criteria for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a RSI Video Alarm System for closed buildings SUMMARY A. The general description and purpose of a Video Alarm System is to provide alarm detection and notification with integrated video verification via cordless and wireless controls and devices DEFINITIONS A. No Substitutes: The exact make and model number identified in this specification shall be provided without exception SYSTEM DESCRIPTION A. A RSI Video alarm system utilizing wireless spread spectrum technology for local transmission of alarm and video signals coupled with GSM/GPRS transmission of these signals to the

11 Page WARRANTY central station for the reporting of alarm and operational issues and conditions. A video of the actual triggering occurrence is an integral part of this system. A. General: The warranty period shall be the length of the contract MONITORING A. Monitoring of the RSI video system must be performed by the Central Reporting Station used by the systems installed in the open buildings, using an integrated software program designed to monitor both the DMP systems and the RSI video system on the same monitoring platform TRAINING A. Contractor must have a minimum of six technicians that have completed factory certified training on the installation and service RSI Video Systems. The Video Alarm System shall include, as a minimum, the following features/functions/specifications: 1. The Video Alarm System must use full 25 channel spreading technology for the wireless data transmission. 2. The Video Alarm System control panel and its wireless components shall be full 2- way (bi-directional) transceivers. 3. The Video Alarm System shall incorporate transceivers operating at 915 Megahertz in every wireless device. 4. Nominal RF range between the control panel and the wireless devices shall be rated by manufacturer as 2,000 feet open air when tested in a laboratory. 5. The Video Alarm System shall have a transmission format which incorporates 128 bit AES encryption. 6. The Video Alarm System shall change the AES encryption code every 1 second. 7. The Video Alarm System shall transmit data to the monitoring station utilizing 128 bit AES encryption.

12 Page 12 PART 3 EXECUTION 3.01 EXAMINATION 8. The Video Alarm System shall use the Frontel format for transmitting alarm and video data to the monitoring station. 9. The Video Alarm System shall include auto- supervision approximately every 8 minutes supervising the operation of the wireless devices- this supervision will be through a polled format whereby the control panel sends an RF signal of a request for status to each device programmed into the system on an individual basis. 10. The power consumption of the Video Alarm System shall provide average battery life of approx. 4 years when 2 video alarms or less are generated per month. 11. The Video Alarm System shall provide a detection and notification method for radio receiver jamming. 12. The Video Alarm System Outdoor Motion Viewers shall operate from -10 to 140 F (-20 to 60 C) and be enclosed in an IP67 rated weatherproof enclosure. 13. The Video Alarm System Motion Viewers shall provide acceptable monochrome performance in extremely low light, down to 0.2 lux. 14. The Video Alarm System shall incorporate auto-iris and white light adjustment standard in each Motion Viewer. 15. The Video Alarm Motion Viewers shall have integrated IR illuminators. 16. The Video Alarm System shall transmit alarm, condition and video information in Frontel format. 17. The Video Alarm System event video file shall be no larger than 300KB consisting of approx. 10 seconds/ 50 frames at 240x320 monochrome resolution. A. Submission of a proposal confirms that the contract documents and site conditions are accepted without qualifications unless exceptions are specifically noted. B. The site shall be visited on a regular basis to appraise ongoing progress of other trades and contractors, make allowances for all ongoing work, and coordinate the requirements of this contract in a timely manner. C. The Video Alarm System must be inspected before installation, and shall be free of any cosmetic defects or damage PREPARATION A. Prior to installation, the Video Alarm System shall be configured and tested in accordance with the manufacturer s instructions. B. A cellular signal strength test must be preformed and relative signal strength must be obtained INSTALLATION A. The Video Alarm System must be installed, programmed, and tested in accordance with the manufacturer s instructions:

13 Page Interfaces shall be coordinated with the Owner s representative, where appropriate. 2. All necessary back boxes, racks, connectors, supports, conduit, cable, and wire must be furnished and installed to provide a complete and reliable Video Alarm System installation. Exact location of all boxes, conduit, and wiring runs shall be presented to the Owner for approval in advance of any installation. 3. All conduit, cable, and wire shall be installed parallel and square with building lines, including raised floor areas. Conduit fill shall not exceed forty percent (40%). All wires shall be gathered and tied up to create an orderly installation TESTING AND CERTIFICATION A. The Contractor shall demonstrate the functionality of the Video Alarm System upon completion of installation, documenting the result of all tests and providing these results to the Owner. The Video Alarm System shall be tested in accordance with the following: 1. The Contractor shall conduct a complete inspection and test of all installed Video Alarm System equipment including the cellular transmission signal strength. This includes testing and verifying operation with connected equipment. 2. The Contractor shall provide staff to test all devices and all operational features of the system for witness by the Owner s representative and the Authority Having jurisdiction. All testing must be witnessed by the Owner s representative, prior to acceptance. 3. The testing and certification shall take place as follows: a. The Video Alarm System shall be tested in conjunction with the Providers representative. b. All deficiencies noted in the above test shall be corrected. c. Test results shall be submitted to the consultant or Owner s representative. d. The test and correction of any deficiencies shall be witnessed by the owner s representative, and note. e. The Owner s representative shall accept the system.. 4. A letter of certification shall be provided to indicate that the tests have been performed, and all devices are operational. 16 Page 16 Total annual Cost for all schools based on a five year contract Alarm Response Scope of Service Unarmed Alarm Responses for designated locations providing timely responses, assessments and communication in regards to resources required. The district may add this service to alarm contract or continue to respond with its own personnel. It is acceptable for alarm installation contractor to partner with or sub contract the response part of this request for proposal, but the district wants one point of contact and will be choosing the provider capable of providing both services in a package price. Expectations During the hours of 11:00 p.m. 5:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, and 24 hours a day, on Weekends and holidays, upon receipt of a burglar signal from the school district building, the responder will respond to Alarms within 30 minutes of call for the sole purpose of acting as school district s representative upon arrival of the Police Officer. Once on the scene, responder will provide assessment as to the cause of the trip and determine whether additional personnel or resources are required. Check for signs of forced entry, open doors, broken windows, etc. While on scene, collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and assist with any building or room clearance to ensure building is secure. If needed, remain on site until maintenance crews arrive and are able to correct any breaches. Responder will not enter any location from which an alarm had been initiated without the Police. School district will compensate responder at its then prevailing rate should an investigation by responder is result of misuse of or damage to the system by school district. Requirements The responding Security Company must possess a valid State of Michigan Security License and operate under the State of Michigan Public Act 330. The Security Company is also required to maintain a strong working relationship with all local law enforcement agencies. Chosen Security Company must provide a marked patrol vehicle to be utilized while responding to alarm calls. The following are further listed requirements: Security officers must possess CPR/First Aid and AED certification Successfully pass pre-hire and random or annual Drug Screen Have no visible tattoos A clear DMV Warrant check through I-Chat (Michigan State Police) Clear provisional checks through OTIS, Federal Bureau of Prisons and PSOR Must provide fingerprint clearance through FBI database Possess CCTV and alarm knowledge of trips and how to reset Have good writing skills to complete all Incident Reports as required Responsibilities The chosen security company must be able to arrive on scene within a 30 minute time frame of the receipt of an alarm signal and access what is needed. The security officer will remain on scene until law enforcement arrives. The security officer will not enter the building until the police agency has given the All Clear. After the all clear is given and damage assessment is obtained, the security officer will remain on scene until the maintenance crew arrives to make the building secure again. If at any time the security officer feels unsafe, he or she is to leave the scene, but call into the alarm dispatch immediately. The security company will be expected to respond to Arm Ups and reset the alarm at the panel wherever the panel may be located. The security company will be acting as an unarmed key runner only. If while responding to an alarm, people are witnessed leaving the building, they will take a description and give to the responding law enforcement agency. The security company will not at any time pursue or detain anyone. Pricing
