1 AlcurEX s affiliation program about its shares, experience and activity points! Welcome to the affiliation program offered by AlcurEX, a registered crypto-exchange in Finland. As you may know or heard, we are launching this affiliation program in order to show our appreciation for the support to our users. Our vision has always been to bring as much options and enjoyment to our traders. We are always looking for ways to improve and most importantly we are constantly thinking of possible way to reward our users. As AlcurEX grows, we want our customers to reap the rewards as well; after all, you are the ones who are making this happen. Sharing our profits was the main focus when we came up with this affiliate program. Bellow we will give a brief introduction to AlcurEX shares and explain how this affiliate program works. I hope you are as much excited as we are about it! A brief introduction about AlcurEX Exchange AlcurEX exchange lunched last year. It was originally funded by an IPO sold on Cryptostocks. This IPO sold 71,000 private shares which account for only %25 percent of the overall shares. At this moment there are shares (%50) owned by AlcurEX, shares (%25) already sold and owned by shareholders and additionally shares (%25) held to be sold some time in future to the public. The way that AlcurEX profit is distributed at this time is: %50 of the weekly profit from trading fees goes to AlcurEX and other %50 goes to AlcurEX s Shareholders as weekly dividends (BTCs, LTCs and Microcoin payments) split based on the amount of AlcurEX Shares they own. Yes, even though at this moment the Shareholders actually only account for %25 of the shares, they get the full %50 of the exchange trading fees. They will continue to get paid so until the rest of the %25 shares are released. In other words they are getting double their dividend worth since the other %25 of the shares are held for later. 2 At the end of the week, the total profit from trading fees is accumulated and split between AlcurEX (%50) and Shareholder (%50). Keep in mind the total profit comes from the many options already offered in the exchange and any future option that we will be adding. At this time the profit comes from trading fees of USD Market, EURO Market, Private Market, Property Market, BTC Market, LTC Market and Microcoin Market. An additional future option will be added soon is Forex Market. There are few other options that we cannot disclosure right now, but the gist of it is that anything that is traded in AclurEX, the trading fee profit is split between AlcurEX and the Shareholders. Below is a simple chart to help visualize how the Profit Fee is distributed. Alcurex Total Profit Distribuition Shareholders' Profit Alcurex's Profit I wanted to give this brief intro so you can have a basic understanding of AlcurEX exchange and its profit distribution. Also so it is clear what I mean by AlcurEX s Profit below. So when I say AlcurEX s Profit is 1 Btc, it means that the total profit accumulated from the trading fees are 2 Btcs, 1 Btc split between Shareholders and 1 Btc went to AlcurEX as profit. Therefore we are only discussing this 1 Btc profit that belongs to AlcurEX! To understand more about the shares and where the profit comes from, you can check the AlcurEX site to read more info. You can also buy or sell AlcurEX s shares in there. They are paired with BTC. And now to the fun part! The affiliation plan This affiliation program will be played out in different stages as listed below. We at AlcurEX s have spent some time to come up with something that will be beneficial to everyone. We thought referral like system does not help everyone equally so we decided to give out rewards directly to everyone s accounts!

3 1. First Stage: All you will need to do is simply register and you will get free dividends (BTCs payout). Alcurex's Profit Distribuition RU Registered Users At lunch of this program, we will give away all AlcurEX s entire Profit (%50 of the total profit of the exchange) as dividend to all Registered Users (RU). These dividends will be paid out each week to all users. Whether you are already a registered user or registering now, by the end of the week, all the AlcurEX s own Profit will be split entirely amongst all registered users as dividend. So if you have not registered yet, hurry up and register. All you will need to do is simply open an account with AlcurEX and you will receive dividends. Every week, a dividend will be credited to your account in BTC. The amount of your dividend will depend mostly on the traded volume that AlcurEX exchange will get by the end of each week. A simple formula for your Registered User (RU) dividend would be: The Profit will be determined from AlcurEX s own profits. As an example: Let s say that AlcurEX s Profit is 1 BTC (a.k.a. 1 BTC will be split between all users) and there are 50k registered users. In other words, you will get 2000 bits as dividend this week. And if the profit from trading fees is 1 BTC again next week you will get the same. Get this occurring dividend only from signing up once! As much as we would love to keep this ongoing we won t be able to sustain giving all the %50 rewards to all users forever. While we would love to continue with this program, it won t be fair to our customers who are active traders and are bringing in these volumes that would allow AlcurEX to pay these dividends. Therefore after a certain time, or certain registered user amount is reach or once trading volumes is more than 500 BTCs weekly, we will initiate the second stage of this affiliate program.

The Second Stage: Registered Users can still get free dividend, but active traders and active users will get higher ones Alcurex's Profit Distribuition EXP Actvive Traders AP Active Users RU Registered Users To make it fairer to our loyal users, we will split the dividend payments from all the users into few affiliation rank groups: EXP Points for the active traders (%EXP) Active Users Points or AlcurEX Points (%AP) Registered User (RU) Since the active traders will be creating most of the volume that in return gives us ability to pay the dividend payouts, we will focus on rewarding them with most from the AlcurEX s own Profits. We want to keep this affiliate program as fair as possible to everyone. Therefore we will create a rating system where each active trader will be ranked in %EXP, %AP points and RU. The EXP points and AP points will be reset each week back to zero and users will need to stay active to gain them back. Excluding the Register User dividend, this is fixed and doesn t reset. Basically EXP & AP are dynamic where RU is static. Based on a user s total accumulation each week, it will determine how much of the AlxurEX s own Profit this user will be paid in weekly dividends. Yes, once again, all AlcurEX s own Profits will be split once more to users! We will break down these three affiliation ranks below. Starting with %EXP, then %AP and then RU %EXP: The moment you make a trade in AlcurEX, your amount of BTCs traded will be compared to total amounts traded this week and ranked in percentage. By the end of the week all your total traded volume will be divided by the total sum of the traded volume of other traders and this will give you your rank. In a simple example: Let s say you traded 1 BTC and there were 500 BTCs traded by the end of the week, then this will give

5 Let say that %60 of AlcurEX s Profit will be paid out to the all %EXP users. Then you will get With your %EXP = 0.2%, total %EXP is %60 and let s assume again that AlcurEX s Profit is 1 BTC. This gives In simple words, out of 1 BTC to be given away as dividend, %60 of this(0.600 BTC) will be split amongst all active traders ( total %EXP) and since your ratio was 0.2% out of total %EXP, you received 0.60BTCs x = BTC or bits solely from being an active traders. You will also get additional dividends from being a Registered User (RU) and if you choose to participate in AP you will also get additional dividends at the end of the week. This brings the focus on %AP %AP: We understand that our users won t always have coins to trade so we are happy to introduce this category where users can choose to do some simple task for us and they will gain AP points. This is an answer to distinguish from those who just registered to get the free dividend and do not participate in trading and the ones that would like to help out by being active by promoting AlcurEX and related topics. The more active you are, the higher your %AP rank will be. We will have a system in place that will dictate to you what to do and measure how and when you did it and assign AP points to your account. We are aiming to have a separate section in our exchange where users can look up tasks to help out with. While these tasks will always change, as an example at first we might start by asking users to help out with some certain tasks. Tasks that will improve AlcurEX user experience or help spread awareness. Whether it will be via a Retweet, a follow, a Facebook post, translating our messages into different languages, Reddit posts, a mention somewhere, joining the AlcurEX public team and helping out, help users in chat box with their simple issues, etc. Again these tasks will be specified by us, together with how much points they will be worth. The calculation will be simple. By the end of the week, your account will have accumulated some certain AP points. They will be ranked up against the other AP users and give you a %AP. A simple example is: Let s assume by the end of the week you have accumulated 100 AP points. The total AP points from all the users summed up is 1000AP. Then your ratio would be Let say that %20 of AlcurEX s Profit will be paid out to the all %AP users. Then you will get

6 With your %AP = 10%, total %AP is %20 and from previous we said the profit fee is 1 BTCs. This gives In simple words, out of 1 BTC to be given away as dividend, %20 of this(0.200 BTC) will be split amongst all active users ( total %AP) and since your ratio was 10% out of total %AP, you will receive 0.20BTCs x 0.1 = 0.02BTC or bits in dividend solely from being an active users. Which is way more than you did as an active trader! So far, by the end of the week, the dividend payout for you will be BTC from your EXP points and 0.02 BTC from your AP points. But you still have the FP points that you will get automatically just from registering with AlcurEX. So let s break down the RU dividend as well. RU s divs: From the previous two categories %60 of AlcurEX s Profit was used to pay EXP and %20 of AlcurEX s Profit was used to pay AP. This leaves %20 of AlcurEX s Profit to be split between all Registered Users. To calculate your RU s dividend is easy. It s your account (equal to 1) divided by the total user base x AlcurEX s Profit for RU. At this stage RU s div isn t any more the %100 of AlcurEX s Profit but rather %20 or 0.2 BTC from the 1 BTC. As chosen in stage one, we will continue to assume users are registered in this stage as well. In simple words, out of 1 BTC to be given away as dividend, %20 of this (0.200 BTC) will be split amongst all registered users (total RU users). You will receive BTC or 400 bits solely from being a registered user. Hence, by the end of this week, considering you traded %0.02 or total BTCs traded all week and earned %10 of the total AlcurEX s Points and being a Registered Users, you would get a total sum dividend of BTC or bits. The simple formula is: Now let us take a look at our results here. We can see how Stage Two becomes fairer to active traders and active users while still giving the Registered Users nice rewards. For example, in Stage One, when all the AlcurEX s Profit went to the Registered Users (1 BTC from Profit Fees split to all RU) a single user would receive 2000bits as dividend. However when we move to Stage Two and increase the rewards for the EXP

7 and AP, the RU s div rewards did not drop too much and it is still a nice chunk at 400 bits each week from solely registering. We also showed that while the highest portion of the Profit Fee will be focused to reward our EXP users, a user that cannot afford to trade can still receive a nice dividend by taking advantage of the AP system. Between the Stage One & Stage Two we focused very hard to make this affiliation program as fair as we could. As much as we would like to continue this we won t be able to sustain giving all the %50 Profit from trading fees rewards to all these groups forever. While we would love to continue this, AlcurEX will eventually need to start earning some profit to pay for maintenance fees, development fees and future project fees. Therefore after either a certain time has passed, or certain user base is reached or once the trading volume is more than 1000 BTCs weekly, we will begin the Third Stage of this affiliate program. 3. Stage Three: While Registered Users will still receive free dividends, and active traders and active users will get higher ones, the overall % of the dividends for all these affiliate ranks will drop Alcurex's Profit Distribuition Alcurex Exchange EXP Actvive Traders AP Active Users RU Registered Users The three ways to collect dividends will stay the same in term of their own percentage, but the amount of AlcurEX s Profit to be split will be lowered. From giving away AlcurEX s entire Profit (%100), we will now drop it to only give %50 of it to be split among the affiliation ranks. So when before we shared AlcurEX s entire Profit (1 BTC) to be split, this time only %50 (or 0.5 BTC) of it will be split and the other %50 will be kept by AlcurEX. This would mean that the EXP will get %60 of the 0.5 BTC to split among themselves, AP will get %20 of the 0.5 BTC to split among themselves and thus, as all the RU will get %20 of the 0.5 BTC to split among themselves. The math for the EXP, AP and RU will follow the same as above only this time AlcurEX s Profit that will be split is %50 less. As a quick example, using this same data as on Stage Two: By the end of this week, considering you traded %0.02 or total BTCs traded all week and earned %10 of the total AlcurEX s Points and being a Registered Users, you would get a total sum dividend of BTC or bits The difference between the other two stages is that this stage s %rewards will be dynamic and the percentage of each group will change gradually. Therefore after either a certain time has passed, or certain

8 user base is reached or once the trading volume is more than 1500 BTCs weekly, we will gradually begin to drop the AlcurEX s Profit percentage for each affiliation group even lower. The focus of this affiliation program is to allow us at AlcurEX to reward our most valuable users and also our regular users so that when AlcurEX grows so will all. While we cannot guarantee that the Profit Fee percentage will always be more than zero, we will try our best to keep that percentage as high as possible and as long as we can. There will be a hard cap of %20 percent of Profit Fee for a while (meaning %20 of AlcurEX s Profit Fees to be split between EXP, AP, RU) and we will try to keep it up for quite some time!
