Windows OS Upgrade licensing with SA includes VDA rights, but that means the machine must have a Win or Mac OS to start with, so No additional licensing needed to have institutionally owned machines with a qualifying OS access a VM Thin clients do not have a qualifying OS, so they need additional VDA licensing to access a VM Students using their own or laptop program machines are not licensed to view VMs unless you license them with the Student Desktop
