Health examination process for first year students FSHS invites all new students to take part in a health examination that includes: an electronic health inquiry and when required, a personal appointment. The process starts by us e-mailing you, inviting you to complete a health questionnaire. The responses will be assessed by a nurse and a dental hygienist. If necessary, the student will be asked to make an appointment with the nurse and/or dental hygienist. If you wish, you have the option to come in for a personal health discussion.
