Global Tiger Initiative - Conservation and Development Network Tigers Online November 4, 2010 This is a selection of websites and blogs that purport to be concerned about tiger conservation. It is not exhaustive - you will likely find additional links within some of these sites. New sites appear regularly. These listings range from the large and elaborate websites of large governmental agencies and international NGOs to modest blog efforts by individuals. T he sites also range greatly in sophistication and quality. Whatever size or level of sophistication, all of the sites presented here purport some level of interest in tiger conservation. The thumbnail descriptions provided are taken from the websites themselves and are presented with minimal editing to preserve, as much as possible, the authors own wording. By presenting these website links we do not in any way vouch for the accuracy of the information contained in them or necessarily endorse the organizations or individuals sponsoring them or the programs they describe. We leave those judgements to the reader. 21 st Century Tiger http://www.21stcenturytiger.org/index.php?pg=1 21 st Century Tiger is a wild tiger conservation partnership between the Zoological Society of London and Global Tiger Patrol, which raises funds for tiger conservation projects in the field.
