NDoc Billing performs essential PPS billing tasks of RAP, adjustments of case mix for significant changes in condition (SCIC), accurate episode rate, and automatic fee for service for Low Utilization Payment Adjustments (LUPA). Synchronization uploads all field data to the home office database and automatically updates the data in field devices, based on any changes made to the central files since the last synchronization.
