2 Early Evaluation Center Early Evaluation Center - EEC is an intuitive and easy-to-use software for monitoring and evaluating a patient s clinical risk, and can acquire and process source data from WinPack. The software was developed to meet the needs of medical personnel, for making clinical data easily accessible anywhere, at any time and on any device, fixed or mobile. The Early Evaluation Center is available as part of the Win@Hospital and Win@Home applications. The graphics and functionality make the software suitable for either hospital or field use (i.e. community services). Early Evaluation Center is a modular, scalable, simple to use software and allows simultaneous monitoring of 32 patients. EEC enables a display of multiple fixed or mobile devices at the same time such as PCs, laptops, tablets or smart phones, and at any time. Early Evaluation Center can integrate additional software modules such as the Early Warning Score EWS Module for automatically calculating the NEWS National Early Warning Score and the WINMR WINMedical Records Integration software module for integration with third-party applications. 4 Early Warning Score - EWS Additional Software Module of Early Evaluation Center The Early Warning Score EWS software module calculates the NEWS (National Early Warning Score) at periodic intervals, according to the guidelines of the Royal College of Physicians, starting from the physiological parameters monitored by the WinPack medical device. The EWS Software module makes the following possible: Early recognition of clinical deterioration of the patient Definition of the intensity of care necessary based on the score returned, while at the same time providing a broad range of clinical information Definition of patient severity level and indication to access healthcare through the Emergency Department (ED) THE EWS SOFTWARE MODULE ALLOWS: Calculation of the National Early Warning Score NEWS index automatically or on the clinician s request Completion and automatic compilation of the NEWS observation chart Browsing of NEWS observation chart history data Printing of NEWS observation chart history data Automatic updating of the monitoring frequency based on the patient s clinical risk

6 WINMedical Medical Records Integration - WINMR Additional Software Module of Early Evaluation Center The WINMedical Medical Records Integration (WINMR) software module allows easy integration and data exchange with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), Admit Discharge Transfer (ADT) and third-party software. WINMR ALLOWS COMPLETE INTEGRATION OF THE FOLLOWING: Patient details Physiological parameters acquired from the WinPack sensor modules The WINMR software module can be used in the HL7 version or via a proprietary protocol.
